I had a terrible experience! When I arrived I was told it would be a 20 minute wait, which was fine, but then they sat me at a broken chair, put my feet in lukewarm water and abandoned me for 45 minutes! After nearly an hour, my feet pruning up in cold water, I decided to leave. An employee who had been doing everything except help me was confused as to why I was leaving and I was confused as to why she thought this was an acceptable way to treat another human. A simple, simple, review: affordable, quiet, relaxing, and such lovely service. They even include a complimentary drink of water or tea, that's up to the customer. Their process is very detailed and clean, and last time I just had a pedicure with them and it lasted longer than another nail salon I went to. This place was amazing! I visited when I was in SF for work, in need of a gel manicure. They had a large selection of gel polishes (including OPI) and get a wonderful job! I got the manicure on 1/7 and finally took it off on the 24th. It was reasonably price and they found a good balance between doing a great job and being prompt. I really liked this salon. The owner was sweet and the ladies that worked for her were great. The never made me feel rushed or tried to upsell. I walked out with a good gel mani and pedi. However, when one of the ladies was doing my nails she clipped me really bad on my finger. Then the other lady clipped my toe pretty badly. I understand it is not a really fancy and expensive spa, but a certain level of care and attention is needed, as now my finger is pretty infected. Read Less

I needed a quick accommodation because I broke a nail on my business trip. I walked in at 6pm and there was 2 ladies helping 2 clients. They asked my need and quickly called on someone who was there in 15 minutes. She did an amazing job to fix my nails and make them all even.Price was higher than I am used to, but they did a great job. Read Less

They squeezed me in immediately as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon for an eyebrow wax and a gel manicure.Ann did my manicure, she took her time and I'm very pleased with the results. She used a new gel polish called cat eye I hadn't seen before, which looks like dark velvet and changes with the angle you look at it. They also have a great selection of mood polish (accent nail in the pic) and glow in the dark top if you want to have some fun.I believe Tao did my eyebrows. She was fast and thorough, perfect symmetry and she didn't take too much. Had the usual redness that comes with waxing but that died down in an hour or so.Very satisfied! Just happened to walk by and was able to get in for the most wonderful pedicure. I live in Berkeley, but I'd consider making a trip just to have Ann work on me. I have been coming here for the past six months since I moved from Lake Tahoe and they do a really great job. They do pick and choose who they want to offer wine and tea too. I was there on many occasions and they would offer to the person sitting next as long as they are American.  I pay same amount as they do and leave a decent tip as well. This is first time I have experienced this in The city.  I have been to a lot of places and everyone is really friendly. To top it off Thank you for letting me know that my nails takes too long to do because I have thick nails because I am paying the same price.   At the end of the day I am still a paying customer.  I will definitely walk by your place but would not step inside to do my nails ever again. Nail services on point and also their massages! Really love this place. Extremely affordable, people are really nice and they do a great job at listening to what you want. Don't be turned off by how busy they are, just make an appointment and they will be sure to take care of you. I've been coming here since I moved to the city back in 2013. The staff here are extremely sincere and love making me feel like a princess for a day. Whether I'm in the mood to talk about my love life or just be completely zen they always respect my wishes. A great find! I recently moved to SF and needed a salon that does acrylics; not too many places know how to do them well. Thao was happy to listen to my requests and was painstakingly careful with me very thin nails. She was patient and friendly; I will definitely go back. $50 for a full set, which is more than I'm used to paying, but I believe they will last for at least a month, given her technique! I am very hard on my nails, I always break them wait way to long in between manicures, but every time after comming here they look PERFECT. The prices are great and the service is fantastic. Was staying across the street at a hotel and wanted to get my toes done ! Was pleasantly surprised about how well my toes came out! The gel mani is $25 which is a great value for one of the best nail salons in SF. I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait. I could tell that the manicurist was very meticulous when it came to the gel mani. She was very efficient in ensuring that I was able to get the color that I wanted and that the number of coats that I got was sufficient. This is one of the top salons I've been to in SF. Read Less
