Saw this place while driving and decided to come Yelp to check out the reviews. I must say Kim is the truth!! My initial visit, I had a gel manicure and Kim did a great job. The gel manicure lasted well-over 3 weeks!! Appointments are highly recommended. They do take walk-ins, so you may have a wait if you do that instead of making an appt. One finger has already cracked and peeled halfway after a week and 2 days, my gel nails usually stay on for over a month  I'm really disappointed with the quality and durability of my gel nail manicure. My friend and I came in hoping to get an awesome shattered nail manicure but left feeling so disappointed. We paid $34 for a gel manicure with a ring finger accent nail. The place is a small place, nicely decorated, and very clean. The lady doing my nails seemed to know what she was doing but was rushing. She was taking awhile on my cuticles and after a week, it's already growing out and looks messy. She spent the whole time talking to the nail tech who was doing my friend's nails, deep in conversation. My shattered nail design was very basic, they were just three triangles with lots of empty space, when I asked her to add another she didn't seem very pleased. She added way too much top coat on top of the shattered nail that my nail feels heavy and it has air bubbles. Two of my fingers had spots of gel sealed onto it which caused it to pull the skin off, two days later. I really wished I had a good experience here but I won't be coming back. Read Less

I wanted to love this place so much. I saw my friend's nails and decided to give it a try. I went in, very indecisive of what I wanted to do. After fighting with myself, I finally decided and was very excited about how my nails will end up looking like. I chose gel nails with one foil accent on each hand.It didn't start well, the lady had no clue what she was doing. She even said she didn't know how to do it. She was reluctant to try. I got one base coat, two color coats, and three top coats. There was towel fluff floating all over the air. When the fluff got on my nails, she looked so annoyed with me, like I asked for it to land on my nails! What did she do when the fluff landed on my hairs? She painted over it. Resulting in my nails feeling super thick, bumpy and heavy. What's worst is that she didn't even cover al the foils in top coat (even though she applied some many!). So the first day, one of the foils came off. Then a few days later, part of the regular gel nails came off as I was washing my hair! Oh and one of my nails chipped, I've never had a gel nail chip. It was definitely not worth the $35+.My friends nail is also chipping, and her foils were so basic. She got three triangle foils on each nail, that's it. Read Less

Let me start by saying I've NEVER gotten a mani-pedi in my life until today. In the past I typically paint my own nailed and called it a day. All the nail salons I've come across have been off-putting due to the foul smell of fumes.I did a search on Yelp and requested an appointment thru the app. Jennifer responded well within the hour and gave me recommendations based on request and was able to slot me in first thing the following morning. My original request was a freshen up pedi special with a regular mani. I ended up changing my freshen up to a paraffin up pedi special and regular mani to a gelish. I felt pretty bad because they had to change the pedi treatment and they had to allot more time for the gelish mani and were pretty much booked for the day. They were very accommodating and made both changes possible - I'm super thankful for that!The pediprocess and outcome was by far way better than the mani. The lady (unfortunately, I didn't get her name) was extremely nice and meticulous throughout and was the one who offered to change my pedi treatment. No pain throughout the entire process. Perhaps I'll try a gel pedi next time. I used to be so self-conscious about showing my feet because they've been pretty worn down and rough and pretty much not taken care of but FFS, I feel like I have actual lady feet now and I'm completely obsessed with the color (dark gray).My maniwas done by another woman simultaneously. She was just as meticulous and I was completely shocked to discover what cuticle removal was. She was cutting off all sorts of stuff I never knew was removable. I will admit, the cuticle cutting was probably the most "painful" of the entire process and by painful I mean when she was cleaning my fingers with alcohol that I can actually feel it burn in areas. This happened to maybe 3 of my 10 fingers but maybe it's something that everyone gets use to? Next time I'll just remember to tell them not to remove too much since, at least to me, some of what was removed was barely noticeable. The outcome was lovely - the gel was high quality except I didn't like the color (plum wine) as much as I did when I was picking it out and that's entirely my fault - I'll go with my gut next time.Overall, the experience from reservation to door, to procedure and back out the door was seamless.
