There is no doubt that this salon has the most talented nail artists in the city. I had been going to Lila for almost two years, who is a very skilled artist. However, there is no amount of artistry or instagram hype that can make up for poor customer service.About a month ago I had an appointment with Lila for a detailed gel manicure. Two hours before the appointment, I got a text from Lila saying that the appointment was cash only, something that's never happened before. I want to stress that I was not asked if it would be convenient for me to grab cash (spoiler alert: it wasn't), I was informed matter of factly that the appointment was cash only with no concern for my work schedule or calendar. So I hustled to go to the bank after work to grab cash and then hustled to the nail salon. I was between 10 and 15 minutes late only because of this last minute cash request and texted Lila in advance that I was running behind. When I got there she was unhappy that I was late and I told her that I was late because of her request to get cash. To expect your client to respect your time when you just showed them a complete disregard for theirs is unprofessional to me but we moved forward and the finished product looked great.After simply speaking up for myself this one time, she has blocked me from booking her on styleseat. My experience was exactly like Tanya W.'s and similar to Sara J.'s with payment.  When I emailed Lila about an appointment she said she was available and that I would need to send 80$ via Paypal to get on her calendar. I sent the 80$ within 48 hours and she immediately claimed the funds. Then I didn't hear back for two weeks. I had to initiate a chargeback with Paypal to get a response from her. The appointment went well but Lila has not followed through and removed the gel polish which we discussed during my appointment in November. As of today, I still haven't heard back about the gel removal. Unless you are on her radar I recommend scheduling with another artist. 80$ (+ tip) is a steep price to pay for this level of service. WOW! Lila is the ONE!!! After seeing Lila's gel extension option, I jumped at the opportunity. Inside the studio they had a canvas of one of my favorite artists and I was inspired to have his design on my nails. Lila did her magic and I am so happy with how my nails turned out! Read Less

Lilas has been doing my nails for about a year now and i've NEVER been unsatisfied. Booking my appointments through her style seat is easy and theres never a problem if i need to reschedule or make any changes. Shes extremely professional all the time, especially with her communication. I look forward to our sessions together. Shes amazing so i like to book all my monthly appointments at once.
