I liked this nail shop. They took me in right away. They let me bring my pup in with me without a problem. (Gotta love that.) They were quick and efficient. The customer service was much better than a lot of places. The only thing is they don't except tips on credit card. They prefer cash. Besides that they did a cool job.

This place hands down does the best pedicures around. I love that all the technicians are all perfectionists and meticulous when it comes to the work they do. The amount of time they take with each costumer is impressive. The polish or gel last longer because I find that they put a nice thick clear cat on top. The employees make sure you're comfortable, and will usually set up the massage chair for you. I have had nothing but excellent service from this salon. As a female with my natural leg hair I have felt at times that the technicians disapproved or were uncomfortable doing work on me at other salons. I don't get that vibe at KT nails.. and that's a really nice thing because I can relax in a public space without feeling judged while someone works on me.I love this place so much, and feel really fortunate that this place is right down the street. If you're looking for a lasting mani+ pedi this is the salon to pop into. They do get busy later in the day and on weekends. So if you're annoyed easily by packed salons- call and make an appointment. Thanks KT nails for another stellar pedicure!!

I love that this place is family owned and operated. I have been going to them for years and it dawned on me that I never wrote a review. I usually prefer the son to do my gel manicures as he has a magic touch and my nails end up looking flawless for weeks to come. The record was 3 weeks! I also get regular pedicures and I'm less picky about who does them as everyone that works there can do a perfect pedicure. Tip: Call ahead on weekends and week nights to make sure you don't wait too long. Hands down the best place on Polk street for a perfect manicure and pedicure.

They really do a great job. I especially love the gel pedicures. There is one particular male who gives such an intense massage afterwards..its hard to get up from your chair!!

I've been here twice now and was disappointed in my most recent experience. Previously, I had no complaints and the service was relaxing and high quality. This time, I had a good pedicure but a painful manicure. The woman doing my manicure went pretty hard on my cuticles and they ended up bleeding. She dropped some cleansing ointment on them but that made it even worse! The stinging was terrible and continued until my nails dried and I could get home and wash them. I would have been far happier with longer cuticles and no blood. Plus, I have a lot more hang nails now than before!On the pros, this spot is in a convenient location and fairly priced. It's just $35 for a mani/pedi. Plus, the staff is friendly so I'm guessing their other services are fine but I'm just weary to go back now.

I have tried most of the nail places on Polk Street and found that KT nails is the best. Friendly staff and nice massages for the pedicure and manicures. Reasonable prices, too.

KT nails is my #1 nail spot in the city. It's in a convenient location on Polk street and they can almost always take walk ins. The ladies and gents that work there are great. They also do a much better job than most places I have tried, my nails look great and the polish lasts much longer without chipping.

I loved the french manicure Annie did; it was perfect. The only complaint I had contradicts the other review about it lasting 2 weeks; my polish started chipping after 2 days. I agree it is not a fancy shop, but the actual manicure was a bargain; $10 for a french manicure.

This is a typical nothing-fancy Vietnamese-owned nail shop, but I don't know how they do their manis/pedis to make them last for 2+ weeks. And a mani/pedi is $20!!!! The ladies are very sweet and friendly and I don't feel guilty pampering myself for $20. The best nail shop I have ever been to!!!

I liked this nail shop. They took me in right away. They let me bring my pup in with me without a problem. (Gotta love that.) They were quick and efficient. The customer service was much better than a lot of places. The only thing is they don't except tips on credit card. They prefer cash. Besides that they did a cool job.

This place hands down does the best pedicures around. I love that all the technicians are all perfectionists and meticulous when it comes to the work they do. The amount of time they take with each costumer is impressive. The polish or gel last longer because I find that they put a nice thick clear cat on top. The employees make sure you're comfortable, and will usually set up the massage chair for you. I have had nothing but excellent service from this salon. I love that this place is family owned and operated. I have been going to them for years and it dawned on me that I never wrote a review. I usually prefer the son to do my gel manicures as he has a magic touch and my nails end up looking flawless for weeks to come. The record was 3 weeks! I've been here twice now and was disappointed in my most recent experience. Previously, I had no complaints and the service was relaxing and high quality. This time, I had a good pedicure but a painful manicure. The woman doing my manicure went pretty hard on my cuticles and they ended up bleeding. KT nails is my #1 nail spot in the city. It's in a convenient location on Polk street and they can almost always take walk ins. The ladies and gents that work there are great. They also do a much better job than most places I have tried, my nails look great and the polish lasts much longer without chipping.

This is a typical nothing-fancy Vietnamese-owned nail shop, but I don't know how they do their manis/pedis to make them last for 2+ weeks. And a mani/pedi is $20!!!! The ladies are very sweet and friendly and I don't feel guilty pampering myself for $20. The best nail shop I have ever been to!!!
