So hard to find a go to place. You e really got to try more than a few places from customer service to cleanliness and care. I potentially don't care if they're speaking in their own language. It is what it is. I got my gel removed and redid it with the funny bunny OPI, it is a soft white from nails to toes. I love it so much. I wanted a design on my toes but they were already behind schedule even after I scheduled an appointment. When they were done with my toes, I didn't want the design no more. They were super busy. I really liked the mani/pedi services that received here. After I chose my color, they set me up in the cozy chair where I had the pedicure first. What I appreciated most was that I could zone out on Netflix on the television and that I didn't have to move from the chair to another station for my manicure. The tech came to me and placed a comfy pillow on my lap where she nicely shaped my nails and used a very good attention to detail for the polishing. This review is based on the customer service alone and not on the quality of the actual nail services. My mother and I have been coming here on and off for almost a year. I can't speak for my mother but for the most part I have been very satisfied with how my nails come out. We do not come here consistently because the prices are on the more expensive side ($55 for a gel mani and pedi, most places charge $45 for the same services) but since Helen and her staff did good work, I was willing to pay the higher price.One thing that irritates me about this shop is how Helen will verbally express how she prefers cash. Now a lot of nail shops do this but Helen in particular already seems like she has an attitude 90% of the time, so when she does say she prefers cash, it comes off very rude. As a paying customer I feel like you need to take my money however I decide to give it to you, and as a business, if you don't want to pay those ATM credit card fees, then you should just be a cash only business. If not, then you need to accept that ATM fees are the cost of business and not be so rude when your customers pay with a card.The things I mentioned above all came into play last weekend when my mother and I got our nails done. We went up to the front desk to pay and before Helen even swiped our credit cards she says with an attitude "We recommend a 15% tip". Now, last time I checked, a tip is OPTIONAL. I am not required to give you additional money on top of the already overpriced services you provide. We both usually give $10 dollars for a tip, $5 for the manicure, and $5 for the pedi. That's $20 extra that you wouldn't have had before. AND a $10 tip for a $55 service is an 18% tip! So my mother says "You do know that a tip is just a suggestion right? And that any tip we give is fine?" So Helen has an even bigger attitude now and does not even acknowledge my mother's comment. And THAT right there cut the tip she was going to receive in half.After we gave her $5 a piece, she didn't say goodbye or thank you or anything. So neither me or my mother will be returning to this shop. I'm very particular about my nails which is why I was willing to pay her higher prices, but what I won't do is be hustled out of MORE money for shitty attitudes and customer service. Read Less

I just moved to the area and was THRILLED to discover a great nail place walking distance from my house, that also does eyebrow waxing! I haven't gotten my nails done yet but I keep coming back for my eyebrows.Helen is amazing! Easily one of the better manicure & pedicures I've ever had (I've had many over the years). I did the gel mani & classic pedicure. The hubs did a classic, no polish mani-pedi. The 'massage' chairs aren't the best ever, but that doesn't bother me too much. As massage therapists, we both really beat up our nails/cuticles. The girl who worked on my manicure did such an amazingly thorough job, catching every little snag without over cutting me. Same on my husband. We would definitely go back! Read Less

I've had several services done at Green Beauty - manicure, pedicure, eyebrow waxing and shoulder massage. All have been fantastic and would highly recommend! My mani / pedis always look great and last a long time. I've also been beyond pleased with the eyebrow waxing. The waxing room isn't anything super fancy, but clean, and they really take their time to create the perfect eyebrow shape, versus just cleaning them up. The salon, as other reviews have noted, is very cute, cozy and clean. I'm so comfortable when I'm here that it takes effort for me to leave, which is why I usually end up tacking on a 10-minute shoulder massage while my nails are drying. Some salons are better at certain services than others, but Green Beauty is good at everything they offer! I'll also add that the ladies who work here are friendly and polite, and you can tell they genuinely want you to be comfortable. My coworker called the same morning to make an appointment at lunch and we were gladly accommodated. The nail salon is in a quaint residential area which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Everything was super clean. All the tools they use are fresh for each client. All their massage chairs are comfy. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to! It was just a great experience overall.My coworker came in with old acrylics she ripped off and she was fixed up perfectly. She loved it! This place was great! We made an appointment for gel manicure and pedicure. The shop was incredibly clean, professional, and relaxing. They had friends on netflix and all of the employees I came into contact with were incredibly nice. They offered us tea and coffee and other drinks and gave wonderful manicures and pedicures! The color selection is huge and I highly recommend this place! They have about eight chairs and can get you in and out quickly. They also have the little paper flip flops in case you get a pedicure spontaneously and unprepared. Overall amazing!! Read Less

I've already caught myself several times this week stopping to admire how nice my nails look so I think it's only fair that I give Green Beauty Nails a 5 star review! My sister and I stopped in on a Friday at 3:00 and they were ready to help us with our Shellac manicures. I usually don't bother with Shellac because I'm too lazy to go in to get the nail polish removed when it grows out but I had recently almost chopped a nail off when preparing Thanksgiving dinner so I felt I needed something to help hold the damn thing together. Every time a hair got caught in it I felt like my soul died a little!The lady who did my mani (I have GOT to get her name next time!) expertly glued it back together and my Shellac was done quickly, cleanly and perfectly! They also play Friends there like, all the time, which always makes for an enjoyable experience. One thing I will say is make sure you call ahead for an appointment beforehand, especially on Friday nights. Last time I was in on a Friday I watched them turn people after people away. I like that they don't overbook themselves so you don't feel like you're in a factory.All in all I am hooked! I will have to keep up a tight Shellac schedule so I will always feel as fabulous as I did this week!! Recommended!! Read Less
