Please check your nails thoroughly before you leave this shop. As I was walking out the shop I decided to look at my nails with palms up. It was terrible. I would give this business a 5 star and then a 2 star. For the past week and a half I've had an infection in my toe nail. The employee that performed my pedicure insisted to take out an ingrown nail. The nail didn't even bother me and it was very painful when she was taking it out. It actually felt better right after but that night it throbbed and since then has been infected. I blame myself partly for not telling her to stop.On the other hand, I had my nails dipped by Amber and they have been on for two and a half weeks with no problem. This passed Sunday I felt discriminated at Eva nail salon. I walked in, one of the ladies looked at me, didn't acknowledge me, and  didn't ask if I wanted a pedicure or a manicure. I have been looking for a new nail place. There are plenty around but finding someone to my liking is another and at a fair price as well. I decided to try this place out. I went here as I had to have nails looking nice for next day. I ended up with a bad toenail fungus. They do not sterilize their equipment between clients. While there i saw many of the workers go to client to client with the same files, not clean at all. I typically never get my nails done, but now for over a month I have severe pain all over top of big toe nail and a brownish spot. My nails did not look like this before. Just a fyi.. If you go there, look around and pay attention and see if you see any files or anything in the blue sterile liquid. The girls there were nice, but this is just not ok. I'm so upset. DO NOT get your eyebrows done here. I just spent the last 5 months growing them out to get them done before the new year. I cried when I saw how the lady did them. I had beautiful, thick brows that only needed a clean up...she completely reshaped them after she said she wouldn't. She waxed too much on the inside and now one of my brows start way too far out. First impression was great they seemed nice and i ask how much for acrylic nails and tje lady said $24 and then when i was seated at the table to get my nails done after i had made my decision on how i wanted them done i was informed that my nails were now going to cost 42 dollars for anything other then just a simple color on short nails and as i got up to leave i was meet with rude comments from other customers as well as the nail artists about me being to poor to afford to get my nails done there i was very disheartened by that and i will never be going back again and will not recommend them to anyone Also it was going to cost me 3 dollars to use my credit card or i could use the atm with cost 3.50 to use Read Less

So upsetting, got my nails done 5 hours ago and they are already ruined. They just gobbed on the nail polish so thick that it just pushed around when I put on shoes 4 hours later. I travel from north Hollywood to see TINA! I follow where ever she goes and has been doing my hands and feet for almost 3 years. She's the best and worth it! Always takes care of me. This was our first time using Eva Nails. It was my daughter's birthday and we decided to go last minute, since we were in that shopping center. It was pretty busy since it was a Saturday, but they gladly said they'd get us taken care of as soon as possible. We only waited about 10 min. My daughter got a full set with gel, a gel pedicure, and I got a manicure and pedicure. The prices were reasonable. My nail specialist was Eva, the owner. She was so sweet and friendly! There was no feeling of being rushed, even though they were super busy. They took their time and did an amazing job. My nails looked great. My daughter said these were the best acrylics she's ever gotten. It's been a week and no chips or dullness. They still look great!This salon definitely stood out. We've tried a lot of places and this one went above and beyond,  even offering everyone bottles of water if they were thirsty, as it was a warm day out. They did an overall amazing job. My review is mainly for my Manicurist Amber Golden... she is the Best!  Wherever she goes... I go! I've been going to her for sometime now... she recently moved to a new salon, and this was my first time at Eva Nails. I've been in here 2 times, first for a polish change on my toes, great job. Second for my first Gel manicure. She did a AWESOME job. I'm hooked on this now. I love this place!1) THE PRICES ARE TOO GOOD. I got a gel manicure for only $25 and it was so well done. I've attached pictures of the prices and picture of my gel nails (nail color #595). 2) Lynn is the best! She only works weekends, but she's soooo good. She's very precise and careful - she did my nails that are posted in the attached picture. She's also super nice and she cares about her customers and what's going on in their lives. 3) Walk ins are totally welcome! I always do a walk in and I've never had a problem or even had to wait because there are so many wonderful women there, though I'm sure there are busier times than others. Love this shop!  Walked in on a whim for a last minute mani pedi before a 4 day convention. They couldn't have been more accommodating. I have short finger nails that refuse to grow & the owner was conscience enough to come paint my nails wile instructing her employee on how to best deal with this type of issue. I wish I could give this nail salon 0 stars. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any salon. I honestly don't know why they're still in business. Not only did they CALL THE COPS ON ME for refusing to pay for their horrible work, but I also had to make a doctors visit because they drilled and filed off the skin from my fingertips. I came in to get a full set of acrylic nails with the dip polish and THE OWNER started to do my nails but she said she was hungry so she went to go eat and LEFT ME WITH AN UNTRAINED LADY WITH NO MANICURIST LICENSE. I told her I wanted long coffin nails and she cut my nails as short as my real nails and made them look almond shaped. I asked her to bring the owner back to take them off and they were both telling me that the nail shape looked fine. I WASN'T GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, so I kindly asked her to remove them so she drilled off all the skin from my finger tips and I even told her I was in pain as my fingers started to bleed. Anyways, as I tried to leave the salon WITH NO NAILS, she made a scene and pushed me back as I headed towards the door. As she pushed me, she yelled at the other employees to lock the door, so basically all the customers were trapped inside. The commotion got so loud that other customers inside wanted to leave. I told her I was going to call the police but the owner already had an employee call the police first. The other employees kept pointing and talking about me while I was waiting for the police to arrive. When the police came, I showed them the drilled off skin on my fingers and they had kindly recommended me to never go to this salon again and to visit a doctor to get my wounds treated. Their prices and reasonable, they aren't the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive.    I enjoy the staff, and appreciate that they have made the effort to stay up to date on current trends and styles! This place used to be called DC Nails and the customer service before was terrible. When I heard they changed owner/manager and she has over 20 years of experience running a nail salon boutique in Beverly Hills, I have to give them another try and let me tell you, this is easily my go-to spot now!It's a really pleasant surprise to come back this time because I didn't have any expectations whatsoever. The location is superb because it's sandwiched in a huge shopping center. My feet were really tired from walking/shopping all day and I didn't make an appointment but I was attended right away. The ladies who did my mani/pedi were very friendly and gave me plenty of time to pick colors (indecisive ppl will understand my struggle of picking between 50 shades of pink/red lol). They did a really nice job removing all my dead skins, gave me a little foot massage and cleanly painted my nails. My gel mani lasted longer than other places that I went to. I was very happy with their service and will def be back again! I gave them a really nice tips at the end but small business like this will really appreciate it if you don't include tips on your transaction and just tip them separately. The reason I decided to write this review was because they get bad reps from the previous nail salon (DC Nails) which I used to go to before and hated it, but under this new management, they deserve more than a 5 stars! This was my first time there and I got a full set, with the dip polish, and a pedicure. I went with my mother who also got a full set. The place was clean and the people were friendly which is great but my nails on the other hand were not as great. I asked for almond shape with a nude color and had to show them a picture of what almond shape nails looked like...that should have been my fist red flag.... she did an okay job but two of my nails are crooked and the shape is inconsistent. It was my first time trying the dip polish and I was less than impressed. My mothers nails and mine are both bumpy and they didn't have a huge selection of colors when it came to the dip polishes that they were urging us to try.I haven't got my nails done in a while so I'm not sure if $104 was too much to pay for two sets and a pedicure but it was definitely too much to pay for what we got. The worker barely cleaned my nails before painting them and then did a mediocre job, I had to ask her to go back and actually paint my entire nail. She was on the phone as were some of the other workers which was annoying since I wasn't being helped at the same time. She then tricked me into using insta dry which was another dollar or two, they made me hold my nails up to a fan instead of having an actual nail drying station. I left with my nail being stuck to my skin because of how much insta dry she put. Another woman there was complaining about the poor paint job so I guess they're all pretty bad there. Define not worth $15 for a manicure, I got an great mani pedi for $25 last month. I do NOT reccomend. Read Less
