I have been going to Bella Salon for over 2 years! I love seeing all the smiling faces when I arrive! A great team of girls and guys that treat you with the utmost in care! Came here on a Tuesday and it was empty, great! Holly did my pedi and a younger guy did my gel mani. One thing I look for in a nail salon is cleanliness.  This one is clean, the utensils come out of a serialization bag. The bowls look clean and basically I didn't see anything bad. My mani came out good I haavent had one in months so my nails were a mess and the guy got them right. My pedi could of been a little better but it could of been my choice in color. Over all it was good $52 for a gel mani, pedi, and paint on my nieces nails. Prices are a bit higher than the place I usually go to but it's closer to me and I feel good about it. Read Less

I'm using my boyfriend's account as I don't have one. I've been coming here for nail gel because it's near my place. Not too pricey, no great quality, but just an OK nail center.Everybody has always been kind with me, but chatting with them is kind of hard as most of them speak broken English. Anyways, that was ok too.Last time though I got my manicure+gel done and I didn't really like the job: again, it was decent, but I would have been way more precise if I had done it myself. I was generous with tipping anyways and the guy told me he wouldn't charge me to remove it.So when I finally went back there to get it removed, I specifically mentioned his name but they assigned me to somebody else as if he wasn't there. A lady got the job done, but my nails look messed up AND the gel is still there on the sides. On top of that, I've been charged 5 dollars, and I even saw the guy who had done my nails around the back of the center. However, my final opinion is that this is an average nail center. Bella Nail & Spa is located in a shopping center with a good amount of parking. My mom and I went in a couple days ago to get gel manicures and gel pedicures done. My nail techs were Nicole (pedi) and Frank (mani) while Xuxu (pedi) and Holly (mani) helped my mom. Pros:- parking is not hard to find- clean environment - sterile equipment- good customer service  **Definitely would recommend Nicole because she is  thorough and takes her time to give your feet the care they deserve.**Cons:- certain technicians would answer their phones while working on a customer. This does not include the need to answer to business phone. - my gel manicure color was wrong.  **I wanted a peachy nude, not a pinky nude. It was hard to tell until the end that it was the wrong color since the initial application is very light. Turns out the color I wanted was a powder color, not gel. I should have been informed before hand.**- service was good but not great.  **My mom felt rushed when it came to her pedicure in which she got their deluxe package. Her gel manicure was not fully dry because, on the ride back home, the color started on bubble on certain fingers. Maybe needed more time under the UV light. Read Less

Too expensive.  $35 is way too much for a pedicure. The ladies were very rude.  They all were speaking in a different language to each other and would look at my friend and I and then laugh.  It made us feel as if they were talking about us.  Not very appreciated.  My friends toes weren't even dry and they came and lifted the side of her seat up for her to get out of the chair to leave.  Clean place but way too expensive and not very nice people. The water was also extremely hot.  Update.  All my nails were chipped by Tuesday.  I get white tip on my toes from another salon and it doesn't chip until about 3 weeks later.  I am Very upset Read Less

I had such a wonderful experience at Bella's! I received a friendly greeting upon walking in. I didn't have an appointment, but they led me to a manicure station right away. Tiffany, the manicurist, was so friendly and funny, and she did a fantastic job. She suggested rose gold chrome nails, and although I was a little unsure if the results would be too bold, I gave it a try, and left SO happy. I love this manicure, thank you Tiffany! Hiep does a fantastic job waxing my face and Eyebrows. She's very professional and has no problem redoing your eyebrows if you're unsatisfied. Sydney does a great job with my nails as well. And the shop is very clean and professional and relaxing. Read Less

I had the best pedicure EVER from here last week. I'm not from the area and I wish I were because it was fabulous. The staff was absolutely lovely, attentive, and kind. I didn't catch the name of tech, but she was great and I could tell that the people sitting around me were enjoying their manicures and pedicures too. I go the mid-range pedicure that cost $35 and it was well worth the price. My heels were so rough and came out feeling softer than ever. The facility is really clean and fancy looking. I didn't make an appointment and they got me in right away. Plenty of OPI and Essie colors to choose from! If I'm ever in the area again, I will be a repeat customer! Read Less

They are very good with designs and very talented! I have acrylics with gel polish on and I went three weeks without getting a fill without breaking a nail or my polish not looking great after all that time. Definitely going to be coming back here over and over! Read Less
