I absolutely love this place! They always do a fantastic job and are really accommodating. They don't talk about you in another language while you're sitting right there so that's already a nice change of pace but they are fun and have great ideas. Prior to this visit I unfortunately went here to get my nails done for my dads funeral. They took great care of me even though I was a blubbering mess. My review here is long overdue. I've been getting my acrylic nails done by Tammy for almost a year now. I found them on Yelp & I've never been disappointed. The only downside is that they are ALWAYS busy but that's a good sign, right? I recommend always setting appointments a few days out just in case. She's quick & always makes my nails look the way I request (shape, size, length) which is wonderful since I get pretty picky sometimes.I always get my gel pedicures here too & I've never had any complaints. I've had at least four different technicians work on my feet & they've ALL done a A+ job. If I'm in a rush, Tammy will come over & do my nails at the same time or if I want to take the time & feel pampered they even agree to let me do them separately. Read Less

My experience was very sad today! I have been going to this shop for a about four months! Let first start by saying I have extremely thin nails because a stressful life situation that happened to me in the recent years! So my nails break quite often and I have to go back multiple times to get my nails fixed! I have told the technicians how to do my nails under their current condition, but they would not listen! Finally one did listen and my nails didn't chip at all! Last time I was in the shop I could tell the girl was very nervous and I asked why! The owner stated because she was new! Let me fast forward to today! I went in to get hard nail gels off that I had done while I was home in Utah! I explained I didn't want the drills on my nails because they are thin. I was told that they do a different process that didn't include a drill! While waiting for the nail tech to help me I was informed it would be an hour before I could be helped! I offered to soak my nails off while I wait and I was told no because it was a different process! So we agreed that I could come back at 1:30pm! I left and moved by schedule around to do so! When I arrived back three of the technicians were pointing at me and clearly talking about me! I was then told that they were going to have to use a drill and that was the procedure to take gel nails off! Well I can admit I was abrupt because my time was wasted and I could have just soaked them off! I explained that I was upset! I can say that I could have handled it better! So the tech started working on my nails and as she used the drill she was burning me with it! I told her it hurt! She started talking in her foreign language to another tech! I ended up having to soak my nails off and get still used a drill! I was told my the attendant that my nails would be free and I said no I received a service and I do not have a problem paying for it! She stated the owner wanted to talk with me before I left! So she called her! She admitted there was a mistake today and she understood that I was mad! However she felt that we needed to part ways! She said I was very sweet and kind but I made her and the staff nervous! I stated if thy felt this way why didn't she say something! She proceeded to say I was upset one time when I came in and demanded an appt and made other customers nervous that day! Now mind you she never said any of this before today! I stated that I liked coming here and that I've referred several people to the place! She said yes I know you are very kind, but this was best! I told her that as a Christian I would pay and go my way! She thens says she's a Christian! If this is true she would have come to me before in love and said I offended her and her staff! I apologized to the staff before I left! The blood of that won't be on my hands! I am glad this happened today to show me that God doesn't want you to go to certain places and to be careful because you never know who you are interacting with! I will pray for this shop! Super cute and clean shop with theee most friendly staff i've ever encountered. I have found a home for my nails. I always go to Tammy, she is AMAZING. She is very meticulous with her work and always makes sure everything is perfectly shaped, filed, designed. I've gone to a couple other people when she was not there and they were also great albeit a little slower which is fine by me as long as they are doing good work.
