Angel Nail and Spa salon is clean and never has the smell of harsh chemicals. My gel nails last a good two weeks and the owner always does my nails. She is honest and let's me know when I need to take a break and do regular manicures, so my nails stay healthy and strong. I love the location and can always get an appointment whenever I call. Hannah and Lynn are amazing! I've been looking for a place that does my nails good, that lasts, and has a fair price. This place is great. The ladies are so sweet bringing water, striking up convo, and have good foot massages. I really love that they cap the tip of your nails because that makes the gel last longer with out peeling up and not every place does that. I got a gel manicure previously and today I came back for a mani and pedi. The girls have attention to detail and really take their time. They make you feel like they really care. The lady was really nice to everyone until I asked if she could do a design that I showed her on my phone. She tried it but it didn't really look anything like the picture. I asked her to try adding a few more jewels, but I still didn't like it.  So I went to ask her if she could just take the design off and do a normal color and I would still pay for it. Before I could finish my sentence, she snapped in my face saying I was still going to pay for it and that it was my fault. I came in yesterday to fix a manicure I got at another salon, and Lynn took such good care of me! She took the time to soak and file down all the gel overlay the other salon did, and did it really carefully and gently, made sure I wasn't in any discomfort! Then, she gave me a gel manicure and did the job so perfectly! My nails look soooo perfect! Not only is she super sweet and easy to talk to, she cares about ur nails and the wellbeing of them. Living in PB, there are multiple nail salons to choose from. I had passed Angel Nails a few times and today decided to drop in. I was pleasantly surprised. Lynn, the owner, is so sweet and accommodating. During my manicure, she offered me complimentary wine  Vy, my nail tech, put so much love into my nails and I am over the moon with them. Instead of the acrylic nails J had originally requested, she suggested a gel overlay, which will not damage my nails in the way acrylics would; this was an option I had previously not been aware of but am happy to know now. The only nail shop I'll go to in Pacific Beach. Everyone who works here is incredible - great customer service, always remembers my preferences, and the kind of people I'd want to spend time with at a bar. Always make me laugh but are always professional and do a professional job. Intimate little place- make sure to call ahead as there are only four pedicure chairs and three manicure stations. I love how small it is- never too loud and never distracting customers. I also get my brows done here - was a little hesitant the first time but I was silly to be worried, my brows have never looked better and it's all at an affordable price. Thank you ladies! I love this place! Suuper comfy spa chairs, great prices, and my nails look the bomb! That's all I ask for in a nail place. I got a spa mani/pedi with callus removal and my feet are as soft as a baby's bottom now. I didn't get gel, but I noticed that have some really pretty sparkly colors I like. I came in last night a little before 6:30 with two of my friends to get our nails done and even though the shop closes at 7pm, they stayed open pass store hours to help us. We all ended up getting gel manicures and they turned out beautifully! The store is under new management and Lynn is the new owner. I think she shows a lot of promise for the future of the store being that she was the person that helped me. The color I picked was a lighter shader of paint so it required several layers but Lynn was very patient and attentive to detail. Tho and Hill helped my friends and we were all very satisfied with the overall service. The salon is in a good location, very easy to spot! I was also impressed with how clean the shop and restroom was so that was a plus. We all loved how our nails turned out and we will definitely be back soon! Read Less
