I specifically asked for gel several times but was persuaded somehow into getting the OPI shine after what seemed like a lot of misunderstanding...one tech was friendly and bubbly, the other...not so ...
I specifically asked for gel several times but was persuaded somehow into getting the OPI shine after what seemed like a lot of misunderstanding...one tech was friendly and bubbly, the other...not so much. It was really an awkward experience. Polish on nails and toes came out pretty sloppy and my cuticles look horrible. And just as I suspected, my polish is coming off the day after 😠super bummed, will not be returning.

Horribly inconsistent with terrible customer service. There are many other salon in the area that are significantly better than this place. Do not go here.

I get my nails done in 3 different states every year. Â I am in customer service as a concierge, I am nice to everyone all the time. Â I struggle with finding nail salons. Â In Hawaii the customer service at the local nail places and I have used a bunch, is horrible. Â Alaska doesn't have manychoices so you take what you can get and it is average at best.I happened upon Allure because my son lives in San Clemente, and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.Kevin was smiling and joking and did a fantastic job on my nails. Â Joy was the first person in all my experience to know how to handle in grown nails. Â The most perfect and cheap pedicure.Then I came in for Cassandra to do my lashes. She was excellent and professional. Â I felt the lashes were to0 much, to long, and affected my vision, unfortunately I rubbed them all off at night. Â But it wasn't her fault, it was just to much for everyday wear, I guess I should have explained myself better. Â I would recommend anyone to visit this place, I wish I lived closer, but I will be back.
