I stayed in SB in 2012 and stopped coming to this nail shop for reason but forgot why.. Their customer service suck.. I came out there this past Saturday to visit friends and stopped by TipToe nail shop and a little lady with a hearing aid in her left ear did my nails for me... She first had an attitude because I wanted my nails as short as possible, because when I wear long nails I tend to damage my natural nails...she rushed my nails... And then when it was time for my glitter nail polish.. I nicely asked can she do the 2coat only on the tips... She instantly started talk mess... Saying I need to pay her $4 extra because my she's not making any money off my $18 nails, time is money...i started shaking I was so mad... Then she put the 2coat on the whole nail and I told her that's what I wanted all along but not on the whole nail... And I was going to give her a $18 plus $5 tip..i told her I'm a good review writer...Just so tried of these foot scrubbing Asians coming at me like I can't pay for their time... Read Less

Very unhappy experience here, I am I very picky when it comes to my nails so when she did them too short I asked if she could take them off and she looked shocked and said I can go somewhere else and clipped my nails very rough and cup one of my fingers I almost snatched her by her hair but I kept it classy and left. This is my favorite shop!!! I have been coming here over 10yrs. They are friendly and the prices are cheap. I have my usual.people though. I go with the owner for my nails...(sits on right) im bad w namesShe is the.only.one who is allowd to do my nails. As i had a bad exp in the past with someone else. For mt feet its kim. None else. My nails last a while before a fill maybe 1 month. They dont hassle me anymore about designs. Etc. I get the same each time. They do charge for credit.card. i belive 3.dollars for 40 and.above but dont quote me. I have been so many places. But this is the best so long. French tip always comes out looking amazing!!!! I WOULDN'T LET MY DOG GET HER NAILS DONE HERE!! If I could give this place lower than a zero I definitely would! I had an appointment and was kept waiting 30 minutes past that time while 4 walk-ins were served before me. The manicurist did a terrible job and though she cut my finger did not apologize or attempt to take care of it. Instead of waxing my eyebrows when she finished my nails she served someone else, stating she would do my brows in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later with no service I demanded a refund and left. Went in to have eyebrows waxed.....she pinched me really bad and then hurried and put alcohol on it to stop the bleeding. Now I'm swollen as F@$#! And I have a big swore there and I think I'm going to scar.I will never go back BEWARE ! Read Less

I was very disappointed by this place I walked in and told them I wanted a polish change on my toes so she told me to wait. I waited for ATLEAST half can hour when she told me I was next she told me she could not do a white tip because I had a dark color on n that I had to get a pedicure! That is ridiculous and I was beyond mad she could have at least told me before I wasted my time waiting or just done what I had asked regardless of what color I had I was going to pay anyway! Low price for a reason, it's disorganized, pricing is not accurate and they charge you to use your debit card. If you spend more than 40 you have to pay 3.00. According to the girl who did my manicure gel manicure is not a manicure with a massage. First time I have heard that. Price on wall were different than what she charged. Here right now. It's more expensive than the other nail places around but it was close to my house so that's why I came.  She's a nice lady but I told here I wanted them short and she did them longer than I liked. Usually do a walk in in the evenings for pedicure but tried nails this time..happy with the result. Ladies are nice. Got a full set w short black tips and it came to 28. I thought it was pricey considering most nails had bubbles and tiny black spots here n there. I'll go back for pedi, not acrylic set Read Less
