if i can leave a zero star rating i definitely would!
went in this past monday to get a new set that was completely overpriced & was not the design i originally told the nail tech to try to put on my nails instead he went and grabbed a color he assumed would look ok after he applied a few coats i noticed it was the wrong color immediatley went to let him know this was not the color i wanted and he refused to change it i then proceed to tell him ab the design i wanted and he proceeded to add diamonds to the nails i was obviously unhappy with . i clearly seen their were more customers coming in and waiting due to the fact that he was rushing through his work . moral of the story is i am now left with an ugly set of nails for my daughters birthday. &if you cant promise a customer what they originally ask for then i ask you to be upfront and honest that you cant provide designs asked for instead of making your own design when the customer is clearly paying for it!!!
i will NEVER return to this nail salon .
save yourself the headache and drive over to "Botanic Nails " in Redlands
they are the best and provide the best service ! which is what i shouldve done in the first place unfortunately it was last minute but i definitely learned my lesson.

It's ok. I like that they scrape your feet with the grater. But no bubbles no massage and cold water. Not worth $25.00 and my polish is already chipped. 🤣

Love it!!! Came here with my mom and little sister and we all got the deluxe pedicure.. omg it was so good got all the dead skin from bottom of our feet and massaged our feet all the way to our calfs ...

Came here with my mom and little sister and we all got the deluxe pedicure.. omg it was so good got all the dead skin from bottom of our feet and massaged our feet all the way to our calfs 😁 Finished with our choice of nail polish 💕 Left the place feeling wonderful, relaxed, and smooth 😘 Nice people & great service 👍 We will be coming back again very soon! 💕 Thanks again Rosy Nails 💅🏼💕

Worst mani I have ever gotten I don't like to complain or say anything but if I'm paying for something I expect it to come out the way I like it the lady helping me was the worst first off she did a horrible job and too top it off she said my nail color was ugly and that's why they came out ugly.... she made me bleed multiple times and got aggressive when I told her I didn't like them I do not reccommend this place to anyone save your money and time ...

The worst place to get your nails done. The lady completely messed up my nails, they were all different shapes, uneven, and the design wasn't what I wanted at all. She messed up even though I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. The lady who did my nails also made me bleed multiple times and over all just did a terrible job. I really do not recommend this place at all. Usually I wouldn't say bad things about places because I don't want to effect peoples business but the job the lady did was just so terrible I don't want other people to experience it too. Save time and money and go somewhere else.

I'm only giving this place a 3 stars because Ivan still works there and I love how he does my nails! Everybody else still needs training! If you come here ask for him if not don't even bother!

Since Julie left ownership (has a new shop now called Q spa on Mt Vernon) to the others in the shop it has not been as neat & clean. Seems like the other shops in SB. Only positive is most of my fav nail techs work here (3 stars are for). They've gone down with the cleanliness with new management & just isn't the same.

The ladies that work here are very nice and attentive as for their work well the lady that did my toes she cut my nails too short and when she put the gel on it fell off within days and the guy that did my hands he did an okay job but after a couple of days the gel turned yellow and parts of it chipped off

Heartless, and Greedy owner ! I recently had a brush with death last month and had to have my leg amputated to hopefully save my life saved which it did. Now in rehabilitation hospital and being in the hospital for almost two months. My nails on my right foot need to be cut. So I called this place and they wanted to send out 2 people with all their equipment and charge me, GETTHIS $300.00. I said no all I need is to cut my toe nails so he lowered the price to $200.00 just to cut my nails. They are right down the street from the Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital. I'm not asking for any pricing than anyone else would pay and I realize there should be a premium for coming here but trying to get $300 or $200 out of speaks to a person with very low character and no heart!!! I don't like doing business with people like this who are heartless and greedy.

I recently moved to this area and found this place on yelp. Not too impressed. They didn't do a horrible job, I've just had better at my old nail salon in Moreno valley which I'll probably keep going to. Nothing compares to that quality. I got a fill and pedicure. The guy rushed the whole time. They don't have a lot of workers. My fill wasn't perfect. My nails weren't even, he didn't file them right because he did it so fast. My toe nails were cut super short that when be filed them after it hurt. I do love that there wasn't a long wait, probably because it is a Monday. I loved the color but that's mainly what I liked the most. The receptionist was really nice and was like the only one that really talked to me and the other customers. The guys are really quiet. This area is pretty sketchy so if I do come back I will never come at night lol

This salon was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad my mom and I came here! Tina gave me a pedicure and she was fantastic. So nice and drew a beautiful flower design on my toe. Can't wait to come back! And Kim (I think she's the manager) was very nice and considerate. The 5 stars says it all!

The worst place to get your nails done. The lady completely messed up my nails, they were all different shapes, uneven, and the design wasn't what I wanted at all. She messed up even though I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. The lady who did my nails also made me bleed multiple times and over all just did a terrible job. I really do not recommend this place at all. Usually I wouldn't say bad things about places because I don't want to effect peoples business but the job the lady did was just so terrible I don't want other people to experience it too. Heartless, and Greedy owner ! I recently had a brush with death last month and had to have my leg amputated to hopefully save my life saved which it did. Now in rehabilitation hospital and being in the hospital for almost two months. My nails on my right foot need to be cut. So I called this place and they wanted to send out 2 people with all their equipment and charge me, GETTHIS $300.00. I said no all I need is to cut my toe nails so he lowered the price to $200.00 just to cut my nails. They are right down the street from the Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital. I'm not asking for any pricing than anyone else would pay and I realize there should be a premium for coming here but trying to get $300 or $200 out of speaks to a person with very low character and no heart!!! I don't like doing business with people like this who are heartless and greedy.

They didn't do a horrible job, I've just had better at my old nail salon in Moreno valley which I'll probably keep going to. Nothing compares to that quality. I got a fill and pedicure.
