I was so mad going here, the nail tech was rude from the moment I sat down. She barely spoke to me then before she was finished she asked if I would pay before she was done. I said, no I'll wait until after and she kept insisting I do it before she was finished. She gave me at least 3 different reasons why, lastly saying it was because I wasn't getting gel and she didn't want me to mess up my nails after she painted them. (Understandable) except there were other people who got the same service as me and was paying at the end as well. Plus her attitude was so bad. Not very professional. They need to hire English speaking receptionist. Took my daughter for her bday not a nice experience. This is third time they serve people ahead of you even with an appointment ! Second time the lady with long hair and somewhat young is rude and does manicures too fast and left my daughter with oil on her hands( manicure should include the hand massage) Read Less
