Horrible place !!! As soon as I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged, owner was cussing up a storm (so unprofessional) I’m a very sweet woman and not one to talk bad. But I do have the need to write this review. Took them 45 min to help me, and while they finally helped me they kept going in and out for so called restroom breaks (smoke breaks) Owner was eating hot Cheetos while working( that’s disgusting) . And to top it off it took them 2 hours to do a simple mani and pedi imagine if it was a full set ? I don’t know how they are in business. If I could I would give zero stars. Just a head up ladies. PLEASE READ!!!!!! On the map this place says Nays Nails but on their sign name is Nail Care. You know the whole comments about if I can leave zero stars I would. The nail tech that did my nails was good and kind of friendly but stay clear of the older Hispanic lady I think her name is something with an M. She butchered the hell out of my feet and applied the callus cream wrong and burn the hell out of my feet I am still dealing with issues. My problem is not only did she mess up but then she tried to blame it on me that it could’ve been my sandal or allergic reaction to the gloves even though I kept telling her it was something she did. Looooove this salon! My girl, Daisy, is the business. I've received soooo many compliments on my. Ails. I had surgery three days ago and when I woke up the nurses were all complimenting on my nails. I give this place a 1 star because it won't let me give a zero! I didn't even get a chance to get my pedicure done because they ladies were so rude when I walked in. First of all, I past the shop because the sign on the shop said closed. When I called their phone number they said that they were opened and available. I told them then that I will be back in a bit. When I returned 20 mins later they looked at me with surprise and said that they were booked. I told them that I called them 20 mins ago but they said that I took too long. Don't go without an appt time. There were 4 workers and only 1 customer at the time. They were so rude, made frown faces at me and started yelling at me in front of their 1 customer. I simply told them to take down their "walk in welcome" sign because they only take walk ins when they want to!! Read Less

Nail Care is a hidden gem! I walked in today in a rush after work around 6:00 pm. Despite being busy and near closing, they sat me down right away and started my full set. The ladies here are hilarious and the energy is simply good. My service was awesome! I got a full set and gel for a reasonable price, definitely comparable. Lots of parking. Clean facility and amazing staff!! I really like that I got to purchase my own file/buffer pack, (only $1) to use when I go back, of course. Pretty sanitary touch that I haven't seen very often. Or often enough. Seems to have a lot of regular clientele, so I will def make an appointment next time. This time, I just got lucky. Highly recommended! Read Less

I love this place. Nays ladies are the best and nays pedicure lasted me 1 month and 4 days!!! Made a mistake and went to a nail place by the University next to game stop. And they were rude Unprofessional. I asked for a pedicure with a design and 3 people told me I couldn't get it done...I wouldn't have wasted my money on plain blue and pink nails if that had been the case. Then she says we can only do a design on gel...I was like I asked for a design from the begining and you never said that... worst 30 dOllar pedicure ever.... will be back to nays next time : ) Read Less

Came here on a Saturday morning around 10am and was told they didn't have time for a manicure their only opening appointment was 3pm.... and that their regular customers were priority first. So i simply walked out and went to Totally Nail spa off Tippecanoe and was put right in to get my set :) the location was also nice and bigger i am actually glad i wasnt able to get my nails done here this place was a little outdated w/ older set of woman. I have had time finding a good nail place. My last place switched owners and I didn't like the work of the new employees. This place feels like family every time I walk in. Daisy and Roxy have both done my nails and they always come out great. Honestly. They are amazing. Even when I have been cut on accident, it happens, they apologize and make sure to clean it before they move on. I moved to the area a couple months ago and finding a nail salon has been so hard for me! I went into Nail care and Daisy did my full set! I think it is so cool and also very sanitary that they give you your own file kit! It's only two dollars, very reasonable! You get to keep it!  Daisy did an amazing job! She takes her time and makes sure you are completely satisfied with your nails, and I was! From the shape to the polish I give Daisy an A! Shes also is very kind and funny. I just got a full set and pedicure done here after moving from Houston to Hesperia. This place is close to my new office and had good reviews so I figured I'd try them. Nay did my nails and they are exactly what I wanted! She's great and her laughter is contagious. Natasha did my pedicure and she's amazing as well. She fixed my jacked up ingrown toenails... Hurt like a MOTHERFATHER but she knows what she's doing and my toes feel great now! Conversation was good and both girls were super nice. Daisy did my nails ! She did a great job ! Love the variety of gel colors they have . It's my fist time here. The place is alright . It was very quiet and all I can over here is the owner talking on her phone very loudly. Kinda expensive for the location . $23 for acrylic full set $2 for coffin shape nails $10 for gel color $1 for nail kit (they make you buy) Total of $36 ! Plus they charge $1 for card transactions. This place was a little weird. The people were not very friendly or welcoming but were not rude. It was just a little awkward. I was the only customer in the salon the whole time I was there. It was so quiet for the longest until the girl put music on.I don't expect a long amazing foot/leg/hand/arm rub when getting a pedicure/manicure but one that lasts a couple seconds makes me sad and that is a deal breaker for me at nail salons. Also the spa chair I was in did not have a massage remote so that made me sad too.I also had to purchase a nail kit for $2 and I have no idea why. This was my first time here and I'm very satisfied! Nay did a very thorough job, yet she was fast. I like how she did my leopard design. It's definitely the best nail salon in the area! The prices are reasonable. I also like that it's a smaller shop, I didn't feel rushed or closterphobic. They are very clean. They don't use the same emery board & buffer on clients, instead the sell you your own set for only $1 & you bring it in with you on your future visits.
