Been coming here for a couple years now they're pretty good Kathy she does eyelashes and eyebrows she's excellent the price is a little high but it's worth it and there's a older man there he's really really good at gel nails and T she's awesome and really good with pedicures and Maria she's pretty good with doing long dramatic nails. Honestly I used to go to this nail spot a lot until today, I was out of the city and got my nails done somewhere else, came in today and asked to get my broken nail fixed, owner was upset and rude told me one hour wait!! Smh! Which was unnecessary and absurd! Don't be mad because I went somewhere else!!!! I have gone in the past with a broken nail and you always attend me quick, worst service I received today! went to this place yesterday for the first time and the people were nice. I got a design done and I did enjoy it but the reason why I didn't like this place is because the nail shape that I usually get didn't come out how I personally like it also it hurt really bad when the lady was doing my nails and this never really happens at my other nail shop also if you're gonna get oval / almond shaped nails don't come to this place because they do them so weird especially the thumb (I'll insert a picture) but other than that the people were nice it was okay I guess 4/10Read Less

Usually this place is good only if the males are doing your nails, the women seem like they're in a rush all the time and that they can care less about what you want. Just got my nails done today and they look horrible, she didn't file down my nails so they look lumpy. I tipped her too just because I wait until after to look at my nails because I don't want to complain. Read Less

The salon staff was very nice, we walked in on a busy Saturday morning and they were able to get both me and my mom in within 20 minutes. There wasn't a whole lot of color selections, there were more colors for gel but even then there weren't a whole lot. I usually get my nails done in Grand Terrace but today I decided to come here to try it out and this is by far the worst nail salon I've been to. They are so careless about your nails, they leave the top of the acrylics with bumps, they look so unnatural. I definitely do not recommend this place. Read Less

First off I asked for black nails, she says okay and rushes to do my fill, cuts my cuticles files my fingers on accident hard because she's rushing so fast which is annoying because I wanna get my money's worth and RELAX! No one wants to feel rushed and have your hands getting cut up or hurt! I've come here a couple of times and my nails fall or break after like 2/3 weeks they barely get a chance to grow out before they're off. I came to get a refill and fix 2 nails and it was 18. This salon is great! My full acrylic set is beautiful and they did the designs exactly how I wanted them. I also got eyelash extensions which turned out perfect! Customer service is good. Everyone was really nice. Prices are lower than other salons that I've been to. I'm a happy customer and will be returning! Read Less

The service was amazing and my tech Mariah I believe took her time.The next day I notice my right pointer finger gel tip had completely come off. No gel has ever chipped on me (I usually keep the same color for 3-4weeks)my acrylic has come off in that one nails corner too. Will go back for a fix. Read Less

This is my favorite nail shop. Family owned which makes your experience even more enjoyable.  They always take care of my needs, which is why I don't mind being patient while they seat me. Every time i get my naila done at Lucky nails, i receive compliments from others on how beautiful they look. My mother, 2 sisters, and I come in at least once a month. First nail salon I've been to that isn't rude customer service & the ladies doing your nails actually talk to you. They're so nice here, there was  a customer who was getting her nails done and her baby started crying so one of the girls that work here asked if she could take the baby and played with her while mommy was getting her nails done. I'm so disappointed!   Horrible service !! I don't get my nails done very often and honestly expected more. This lady was more interested on her friend that walked in waiting than even doing my gel nails for graduation.  I told her I wanted to keep then long and did what she thought looked better....
