I don't even want to give this place one star I have gone here 2 times for a pedicure and their customer service is extremely poor. I have never been turned away from a nail salon. I'm new to the area. I come from riverside and I have to say. The customer service is terrible. They have asked me to come back on 2 separate occasions and when I did come back just been turned away. I don't know what to think about this location and the service I received.  I woke up early one Saturday morning and decided to treat myself to a much-needed pedicure.  It's not the place I normally go to but decided to give them a try because they are close to my house.I drove to the location and it's not in the best area of San bernardino but I felt safe.  I walked inside and it wasn't anything special....definitely not one of the higher-end shops/spas that I have gone to.I went to look at their polish selection and it was pretty small and many of the bottles were empty.  I also noticed that there were only 2 technicians working which was surprising for a Saturday.  I only had to wait about 10 minutes  before one of the tech started on me.  I thought it was odd that she started working on my feet before asking me what type of pedicure I wanted.  I figured she would ask after removing my polish but she didn't.  After she started on my cuticles (which much rougher than what I'm accustomed to), I told her that I wanted a description of the different types of pedicures they offer.  She had to have the other tech translate for me.  She ended up stating that she thought I only wanted the "basic"....don't know why...she didn't ask.  I told her that I wanted a package that included a callous remover and leg massage.  She honestly seemed annoyed.  She proceeded to give me the QUICKEST pedicure I ever had in my life.  The massage lasted all of 3 minutes.  The callous remover process was quick as well.  I checked my watch and I was sitting under the uv light in 32 minutes! This is where things got interesting....the service only cost $18.  I was shocked when she handed me the receipt.  The next morning, I actually looked at my feet and they looked very good.  My husband even paid me a compliment.So, here's my thought.  If I want to be pampered, I won't be going to this place.  If I am on need of a quick and cheap pedicure with no frills, I will visit this place again.
