I see her about once a month and I love her work. The place isn't the ritziest, but when you're there you're the only customer and you get all of her attention. She charges $60 for a mani/pedi, but she does quality work and it will last a while. She'll entertain you with a movie and snacks while she works on your nails. It's a great way to unwind after a stressful week of work. I called to find out the price of a pedicure, A woman answered, I asked her where they were located she yelled at the answer at me, I then asked how much a pedicure was, the woman said she couldn't give me a price I had to make an appointment, I said well can you give me an idea of how much it costs for a pedicure? She said no it depends on how bad your feet are and how long it will take, one or two hours and I work by the hour so it depends I will have to see your feet first before I can give you a price. I asked if there was a starting price she said NO I Have to see how bad your feet are first. Most places have a base rate she refused to tell me that. I am offended that she repeatedly assumed that I have bad feet. I will choose to go elsewhere with this kind of treatment especially over the phone, If she has that bad of customer service on the phone I would hate to see how she would treat me in person.
