My son and I went to get pedicures. The woman who did my toes literally hurt me digging at the sides of my nails. The woman who did my sons toes left nail polish on his toes and it was smudged. I was not impressed at all. I felt ignored. My son had to go to the car barefoot as they 'ran out of flip flops'. Find another place to go. Read Less

I got a great hair cut and style.  And am getting compliment from my friends and people I work with.  After paying high Marin prices for getting my hair done.  I was in a rush with a ton of things to do before going out of town.  I saw the sign and the ladies just opening up the salon for the day.  I asked it they could trim my hair, not only did she trim my hair she gave it life and style.  I had been paying high prices and did not get the style and service I got here.  Thanks Beth Read Less

We love Beth! I love that I can bring pictures of the haircuts I want (usually a combination of different cuts) and she always makes it work just the way I want it (short, a little edgy, very straight hair). She is fabulous with my two boys, and my super curly haired partner too. She gives the boys dum-dums and spray hair color so getting their haircut is a treat! ive gone to beth for over 15 years since she had great cuts on miracle mile(4th st).she is one of the nicest people i know, gives a great haircut on my hard to get it right hair and is very friendly, pays attention, etc.i always get the haircut i want.  i have fine straight (mens) hair that is difficult to cut, a little too short and it sticks out and looks like hell. it blows anywhere without a little lite water base gel spray and a bit to comb back on the sides. for $16 plus a usual tip($4) i get consistantly  better cuts than any more expensive $35 to $60 salons...a ridiculous price for a 15 minute mens haircut(unless a drink is included).  in fact, if i happen to be out of town(usually atlanta) and get a haircut, as i did once at my sisters salon$50, the haircuts have been consistantly poorly executed even when i ask for "just a trim". maybe i should have texted it to the airhead.  i dont want my hair to end up looking like a marine or a queen...just somewhere in the middle thank you very much. Beth is the very best.  The moment you walk through the door, she will make you feel as if you've just returned home, even if it is your first time.  She is wonderful with children and the sunny space is great.  (It doesn't smell of chemicals, like many nail salons do.)  Your children can get a hair cut while you get your nails done and everyone leaves happy.  I can't recommend her enough!! This place really butchered my sons hair.  I was ready to take part of the blame because I told them only to trim a little.  However, when I realized what a bad haircut it was we went back to have it fixed. The person who cut his hair and the owner would only offer to cut his hair short or long with no suggestion as to style.  Therefore, I left immediately and went to Supercuts in Corte Madera where a young woman named Thao did an excellent job of fixing his hair.  Disaster averted but no thanks to Beth's! NEVER GO HERE! i USED to go there for haircuts, but then after one horrible haircut i will never go back! i walked in and they told me to go over to the hair washing area, so i did. The woman cutting my hair didnt even say hello, the first thing she said was, "What happened to your face? it has a lot of pimples." I was soooo shocked she said that! i was about to leave right then and there but then decided i really needed a haircut. Then we went over to the haircutting area where i told her what i wanted. I wanted about two inches off the bottom and slight layering in the front similar to Jennifer Aniston. She said okay and started cutting. Once she was done i said i didnt want her to blow dry or ron if because i do those things at home. But then she went along doing it anyway. I told her to stop after about one minute and she did. I looked in the mirror and started to cry. The layering started at my nose (they were basically bangs) and the rest was at least four inches shorter than what i wanted. I left right away and went home. THE HAIRCUT WAS HORRIBLE AND NOW I AM STUCK WITH IT FOR MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!! :( NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read Less

This place is fantastic for any waxing services, pedicures, etc. And the woman who run it are just the sweetest, greatest people.
