I've been really happy with my experience here. The salon is quiet, clean and they do really nice leg and hand massages. Will also do neck massages as part of the whole routine. My manicures and pedicures( including gel manicures) have been well done and last.It's necessary to call ahead because they aren't really staffed for walk ins, but will send someone over from Kentfield if you have an appointment. I will absolutely continue to come here.

I have been to this salon a handful of times. The first was fine. Came in for a pedicure, it was quick and pleasant. Ok, I'll come back (if I ant get into fairfax nails because let's face it, they're the best). Came in again for a gel manicure and pedicure. They gave an amazing massage and the women who did my pedicure was great. However, her angry counterpart who did my gel manicure pained too close to the cuticle and it started to life within 5 days. Oh, side note my total was $75!! Without tip! So, that's definitely NOT a "complimentary" massage you are getting. You are paying for it. No bueno. Came at 10am on a Saturday to give them another shot and they were closed even though they are supposed to be open at 9:30. Guess I won't be back.

The two nail techs were attentive and kind. They gave nice long massages on hands/arms/shoulders and on feet/legs. On the feet and legs they finished with a hot stone, which felt awesome. The massage chairs are nice. Everything seems clean. The polish looks good so far. :)

I was a little unsure trying a new place. I'm a hair stylist and with my hands always in water sometimes my gel comes off prematurely. These ladies did an awesome job! Almost 2 weeks later and they still look good. And the massage from Hannah was well worth it! So glad it's right by my house. I'll definitely be back.

My experience here was so strange I don't know where to start. This is a sister salon of the same name down the road in Kentfield and they profess to be "new" but it's not like they are new to running...
My experience here was so strange I don't know where to start. This is a sister salon of the same name down the road in Kentfield and they profess to be "new" but it's not like they are new to running a business, or so one would think. I was a walk-in and the technician who greeted me was pleasant but acted like she didn't know what to do with me. She sat me down and made a phone call, took my old polish off and then got up to make another phone call. She fiddled around behind the back wall for a while and then came out, soaked my nails, and did nothing else until another woman wearing a dirty, white technician's jacket burst through the door. The 2nd woman said something quickly to the first gal, then stood in front of me and vigorously painted my nails while slightly glaring at me the entire time. As soon as my nails were painted the 2nd woman grabbed her jacket and left the premises. It was weird. I won't be trying this place again.

If you want the LONGEST complimentary massage with your manicure or pedicure, this is the place to come! TEN MINUTES of pure bliss! Hannah and Cindy both worked on my shellac manicure and did an excellent job...and the neck, shoulder and back massage was a wonderful bonus. You'd have to pay extra at other places but here it's all part of the experience!

After a long night catering this was the perfect find on a quiet Sunday morning. Gotta love that they are open on Sunday's! Hanna gives a great massage and Holly gives the perfect mani pedi. Parking is easy and free. Over all a very relaxing experience.

Update-great manicure 1st day.. next day two nails started peeling! I went back and literally 1 hour later I got the worst shellac manicure on 2 nails! My nails were shorter, uneven and just a poor job. I am not one to put down others or to tell people they did a poor job but in this case I had too! Definitely won't go back. Second time was a different lady so the 3 stars are for the first lady I saw.. too bad shellac did not last!

I've been really happy with my experience here. The salon is quiet, clean and they do really nice leg and hand massages. Will also do neck massages as part of the whole routine. My manicures and pedicures( including gel manicures) have been well done and last.It's necessary to call ahead because they aren't really staffed for walk ins, but will send someone over from Kentfield if you have an appointment. Ok, I'll come back (if I ant get into fairfax nails because let's face it, they're the best). Came in again for a gel manicure and pedicure. They gave an amazing massage and the women who did my pedicure was great. However, her angry counterpart who did my gel manicure pained too close to the cuticle and it started to life within 5 days. I was a little unsure trying a new place. I'm a hair stylist and with my hands always in water sometimes my gel comes off prematurely. These ladies did an awesome job! Almost 2 weeks later and they still look good. And the massage from Hannah was well worth it! So glad it's right by my house. I'll definitely be back.

My experience here was so strange I don't know where to start. This is a sister salon of the same name down the road in Kentfield and they profess to be "new" but it's not like they are new to running a business, or so one would think. My nails were shorter, uneven and just a poor job. I am not one to put down others or to tell people they did a poor job but in this case I had too! Definitely won't go back. Second time was a different lady so the 3 stars are for the first lady I saw.. too bad shellac did not last!
