I have gotten my pedis, manis & waxing done here. I've noticed they have increased in customer flow. Despite them being busier they have upgraded their services, they still are prompt & courteous. This place is BEAUTIFUL! I went in today for a pedicure and was so impressed with my service. I am a hairstylist and am on my feet A LOT. My feet never seem to be very smooth or soft even after just having a pedicure. But, today I left feeling great. My feet have never been so smooth. Quyen was my technician. So I have been having a hard time finding a good nail salon since I moved back from Sacramento! Well I found a place where I can get a great pedicure and manicure! I've tried luxury nails by Target and they are definitely a hit or miss and since my last pedicure... I will never go back! Princess nails was clean, not crowded and the staff was very nice! They actually understand what you want and do what you ask for!! I got the deluxe pedicure with a sugar scrub and gel polish, same for my manicure. They took their time, and massaged my legs and arms. I'm so happy with everything! I am def going back! They deserve every star! Read Less

The owner is horrible, I've never been so unhappy with a service i received at a nail shop. The lady who did my nails rushed and painted over my skin and because there was another customer. when i addressed her for doing so she tried to justify herself and say she didn't have time for me and she had other customers, while i am a paying customer as well. i felt very under valued as a customer. i would not recommend this place to anyone. I was appalled by the service here. The sign clearly stated the price of what I wanted to get done. I was excited to get my nails done because the prices stated were a great deal. While she was doing my nails, she tried to tell me I had "fungus" underneath two of my nails but it was makeup left over from applying it that morning. She tried to charge me more but I declined her offer to replace those two nails. At the end, she tried to charge me a lot more than what the sign stated and I confronted her about the drastic price change. She called a man from the back and he came out and began to yell at me saying that if I wanted to leave, I needed to talk to the manager. Super rude and inconsistent. I had no problem w paying  what they were asking, but wh3en I asked her to hold on so I can look at nail art on phone she in turns says..."u do nail I go home" super impatient and as I'm trying to look at price list another lady is also getting mad at them bc they aren't doing what she asked them to do. I've been here multiple times and it's 50/50. I have walked out a few times loving my nails and other times they've been so bad I've needed to go elsewhere to get them fixed. My last experience was enough to not come back. Kayla usually does a good job, but everyone else is not consistent or they don't listen to you. Had my nails done on Sunday with gel on top of acrylic, immediately after they started peeling and chipping, went back 5 days later to get them fixed and had an even worse experience. Asked for a simple French tip ombré and this is what I got. Old red polish still left on almost every nail on the sides and On the clear pink you can see so many cracks and even leftover dirt they didn't clean! Moral of the story, even when you aren't satisfied...they look at you and tell you no, it looks good and it's fine with leftover red polish all in the sides of my nails. My last visit. I was getting ready to head out of town on vacation and had a little time to kill so I thought I would get my nails done. I just wanted black gel polish over my natural (short nails). I don't remember the gal who did them but she sits towards the back under the TV. She cut the heck out of my cuticles, leaving them sore for days. She suggested black glitter on one nail on each hand, I agreed and told her I only want it if it is JUST black. It ended up being black and silver, but that I could live with. The gel polish is really bumpy with several mistakes. I didn't have time to have her redo it as I was heading to the airport shortly. Lesson learned, my first and last visit here. Read Less

I went to this place on Friday and Kayla did my nails. I wanted a gel manicure and chrome Polish.  They were very fast but too fast. Kayla was getting  irrated with me because I couldn't relax my hands. She finished but I noticed there was nail Polish on the sides of my nails. I left to pick up my child and came back to see if she could clean them up. When I told her she got an attitude with me and told me it would come off after washing my hands a few times. She tried to file the Polish off which didn't work so she used nail tweezers and cut me pretty good and now it's infected. I normally don't do this but I payed 35$$ and now my thumbs throbbing just a heads up. Read Less

I got a manicure pedicure here about a month ago. They filled my nails so much they all broke. They are so thin I have to grow them out and keep cutting them until it's all gone. The polish job she did was bad as well. Very sloppy, all over my cuticle. Didn't look good at all and chipped a few days later.My feet... let me start with she cut my nails on one foot but not the other foot. I also visited my foot doctor today and learned something I never knew. Nail polish can carry fungus too! The polish I had on has fungus! It's only topical so easy fix but that means there is fungus in this place. Take your own polish etc if you insist on going here. Read Less

The owner over charges (up-charges) without telling you what the price is going to be...until you pay. Then she talks real fast and tries to justify the gouged over charge all while smirking at you. I went to this place for over five years, love the staff, but the owner is VERY unethical. Example- I got a pedicure, and chose the #2 off of the menu, which was stated as $27. When I checked out, she charged me $42. She told me it costed $15 more because I chose gel polish (while she talked aggressive and fast with a smirk). I understand maybe $3 or $4 more tops, even $5? I have been here a few times for a pedicure but I definitely prefer other places. My most recent visit was definitely a downer. The girl giving me a pedicure talked sooooooo quietly I couldn't understand anything she was saying. She kept trying to up-sell me too which is annoying. I thought she asked if I wanted my nails cut, to which I said yes but she didn't. I wasn't paying attention, which was my fault, but I had to ask her to cut them. After she cut them she didn't refile them and when I asked her to she didn't understand, it took forever to get her to do it. The whole thing was annoying not relaxing and I didn't feel like she did a good job. The nail polish wasn't even either. I won't be going back unless I absolutely have to. Read Less

I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE. I came in here because I was nearby, at first I was greeted very kindly but things quickly went downhill. -I went in for an almond shaped full set with gel. -the lady who helped insisted on glitter and after I asked if it was gel she responded with yes. so then I agreed. -right after she told me it was going to be $50 because of the glitter. -I said no it was too much.I ended up wanting a rose gold shimmery color and picked out a glitter gel top coat. -she continues to shape my nails into coffin shape and then when I reminded her I wanted almond, she kept insisting that almond was coffin.-so she started to round off my nails. the shape was uneven and my nails didn't match.-she continues to put my gel color and while I'm waiting for her to put the glitter gel top coat, I asked her about the glitter and told ME that I had changed my mind. -because I refused to pay $15 more for loose glitter she refused to put the glitter gel top coat. -not even a week later, 2 nails have broken off. I went here because they were the only ones open Sunday.First time was fairly good, quick service, only waited 10 minutes or so. I made an appointment so I did not expect to wait,  they were easy on my nails which is one of my priorities because of the thinness of my skin.  Nails had shape I requested, they looked good.Next appt, same way only waited a few minutes for the appt I made but my nails did not come out very good. The man, think his name was Tam left the nail to thick so it's obvious that it's fake, he didn't take his time smoothing out the height of the nail to match the natural flow.  We was pretty easy on my hand though.Third appt was not good.  I called and lady that answered told me to come in an hour.  I had to force my name on her for the appt, she didn't seem to care so I arrived at my appt time and there's no one to help me.  I told them I had an appt and she says someone will be right with me, never happens.  There were 2 people waiting ahead of me, they took 1 of them, then I just sat there waiting, waiting, waiting.  45 minutes later I left.  The woman who acts as boss, manager whatever said someone would be right with me, I said I made an appt so I wouldn't have to wait and was out of there.  I WILL NOT GO BACK.  My time is valuable , I shouldn't have to wait when I make an appt. Tried this place out and had a great experience. My friend and I walked in with no appointment for both pedicure and full set. We waited no more than 15 min to get seated. I have been to princess nails on two occasions and have had complete opposite experiences. The first time I was helped by Lam and he did a fantastic job on my full set. I appreciate being helped by someone who focuses on the client and takes their time. (5 stars for Lam)The second time I got a pedicure and was helped by Kevin. I was not happy with the work. He was far too rough (my toe started bleeding). Over all I'm not happy with my pedicure and would not let him do my pedicure again. To be frank I don't know that I will be back. Read Less

I had visited in the past & didn't have a great experience, but I desperately needed a new set. I called & they were easy & nice to schedule an appt. when I got there I was seated right away. Normally I have a hard time explaining what I want, but ANDREW was the best. He was patient & understanding & when I let him do a freestyle nail he kept it with the theme perfectly: one of the best nail artists I've ever had.
