These people messed so terribly on my acrylics that only 4 days after getting them on, my aunt and I are experiencing lifting, pulling, several of mine aren't even the right size. My mom had to have three of gel polishes redone before we even left. We went in to get graduation nails done for me and to celebrate mothers day with the lovet ladies in my family, and we will never be going back. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Read Less

Bad service and sloppy job. Definitely not coming here again. Brought my mom to get pedis and they did a terrible job not to mention mine was painful because the manicurist kept going over my skin with the machine. Wouldn't recommend this nail salon at all! My sisters and I went there to get a gel manicure and a fill. Our nails looked bad. Bumpy, uneven, not filled correctly even though we keep telling them to please fix them before painting them. Plus they are so harsh with your nails. Very messy and not organized one bit. Read Less

This place does great gel manicures and pedicures. Hannah is my go-to for manicures, she always does a great job on nails. My gel pedicures always last for up to a month, they are so worth it! There's never really a wait time if you go during the afternoon on a weekday but not sure about other times. Read Less

horrible job!! my nails are ruined $35 dollars thrown down the trash my nails are so lumpy uneven and have like a yellow tint to them the nails tech was chowing down her lunch when i got there then i show her a picture of what i wanted and she tells me pick from the gel pile like really bih?! then she goes off to do this crappy job  girl this is my last time coming here idk why i gave them another chance go to lotus!!!! Duey is the best.. I would give 5 stars however some of the other staff could be rude and unprofessional.. Especially the nail tech that sits upfront.. Every time i go in she's in some type of dispute with another costumer.. I wouldn't mind paying more if he moved to a better ambiance! Read Less

I used to love this place... and convinced my mom it was the best and would take her here because they line the pedi bowls so it's "sanitary". Unfortunately the last time we can in, would be the last. Yes they lined the pedi bowls, but they took every implement used on my pedicure out of the "soiled" box. Ewww. Then to top it off my mom jumped and I looked over and the lady cut her ankle about an inch somehow and was bleeding. Both of our nails came out looking horrible. Stay Away. I didn't have an appointment at the DMV so I had cleared an entire afternoon to take care of my car registration. To my at most surprise --  I was in and out in 25 minutes. So I did what any person would do. I looked up a nearby spot to get a pedicure. Biggest mistake ever. It was a bit grungy and filthy inside.The lady doing my toes was very slow and overly meticulous. So I called around 11am to make an appointment with DEWY for 5pm for 2 full sets, arrived on time and he did my cousins nails and acted like he didn't tiniest he had a bad to back appointment with me and proceeded to take another lady who supposably had an appointment at 5:30! He totally ignored me and pretty much didn't care to take me in when I was waiting for a while then I actually waited for the client to be done and he proceeded with another client! SO RUDE !! & unprofessional I don't care how good someone is you don't treat clients like that!! the male manicurists are the best ! Ben is usually my go-to. he actually talks to you and if you describe how you want your nails, in regards to "not too fat, not too much acrylic, wider on the tips" he's great! Andy takes his time with each nail and even painting them, takes a while. So if you have patients, but want beautiful nails, he's great! They have great music playing, sometimes music videos & if you wanted to take your little princess, they have the cutest little butterfly chair for young girls. I would agree, if you make an appointment, you'll still have to wait. & the female manicurists argue often with eachother, kinda makes things a little awkward lol. but I continue to go back, because I always get complements on my nails and I feel they do a great job. No radio, no tv, we just have to listen to the associates speak in Vietnamese the entire time. There wasn't any customer engagement at all. They only approach you if it concerns your nail. They put plastic bag over the pedicure tub so they won't have to sanitize it afterwards. My nails were not polished form edge to edge. And I'm not the type to complain because I fear retaliation. The acrylic had a lot of residue dried underneath the nails. Will not be going back. I do not recommend this place. Read Less

I love this place I never have to wait very long, there fast and my nails look wonderful and I have yet to have a nail break. The pedicures especially the sports pedicure leaves your feet feeling awesome. Everyone is very friendly, I have recommended this place to a lot of friends and family. Read Less
