Very BAD customer service , I’ve made appointments and they don’t even respect that . lam is horrible she’s always in a rush and is rude she just says how sorry she is ! I regret going back to them ! I don’t recommend this place at all unless you want to wait for 40 mins and they won’t acknowledge you at all unless you make it a point that you’ve been waiting !!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I went with my daughter & she is in foot cast. They ignored her. She told them she wanted a pedicure & one tech said she couldn't help her, turned & rolled her eyes. She could of been given a foot tub. No one tried. Horrible. If you have a disability, do not come here.

This place not only has awesome customer service and great services, they also provide beautiful nail artwork. Plus their gel nail paint lasts a long time. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

I came in for a mani & pedi. My manicure took twice as long as my pedicure and I had polish all over my fingers and cuticles when I left. Worst manicure I have ever had, less then 24 hours later and they are already chipping on every single nail. My pedicure however was done by a different tech and she was very gentle and my toes look great

This place is ridiculous! They charge $3 extra for nail shape! Really?! I have never been to a nail salon where they charge extra for nail shape! The only one they dont charge extra for is square. The owner is rude as well. The pedicures are ok, they use hot stones which feels great but the pedicure lasts less than 10 minutes! My 2 stars is for the fact that they use bags in their pedicure tubs. That way I know I wont get fungus.

I have been to this place twice. The first time the technician did a very good and gentle pedicure. The second time was last Thursday. My technician dug into the side of my nail bed. When I told her that hurt she said she was trying to take out an ingrown nail, even though I wasn't aware of an ingrown and had no pain. Needless to say my toenail started feeling sore that night. A couple days after it was fully infected. Today, I HAD TO GET PART OF MY NAIL REMOVED. Do NOT go here.

Stopped in to get a nail covered up. I had torn it and the nail was snagging on everything. My nail tech covered it up, it looked GREAT, and was so comfortable. Will go back to have the nails shaped.

Went to get a pedicure here for the first time and they did not disappoint! The price is cheap in my opinion and they did a great job on my pedicure! The staff gave me mixed emotions and the only reason for that was that half the staff seemed nice and the other half not so much. But if you can overlook that this is a great place.

It was my first time in and I was a little hesitant only because normally I get my nails done else where but they were extremely busy being so close to the holiday. Luckily when my sister and I walked in no one was in so we were attended right away. The women were friendly and spoke English well. Unfortunately i didn't get the name of the woman who did my nails but she did a great job. Overall I had a great experience and I'll definitely be coming back.

Had my first pedicure done here with my dad (he has diabetes so he needs to maintain healthy feet). The last place he went to nicked his toe so he wanted to try a different place. My coworkers suggested Chic Nails and they were great! We just had the basic pedicure done and I got a simple polish. The lady that did mine (I forgot her name, starts with C.. Crissy maybe?) was about to pop, she said one more week until her due date. She still did a wonderful job and I felt bad that she had to look at my ugly feet haha! The hot stones were great, messages were wonderful and paint job was superb. She even helped me put on my slippers, to make sure I didn't screw anything up lol. My dad was happy with his newly smoothed feet too. Only thing was that the massage chairs were a little old but it didn't bother me much, I never really liked the massage chairs in the first place. My dad described them as an "appetizer massage"I will definitely return. Super clean and doesn't smell like crazy person polish (well ventilated). And there's always someone able and willing to translate if you can't understand the tech. I'm not one for small talk either, so I appreciated that they didn't talk much; just got the job done with a friendly smile!

Went to get a pedicure here for the first time and they did not disappoint! The price is cheap in my opinion and they did a great job on my pedicure! The staff gave me mixed emotions and the only reason for that was that half the staff seemed nice and the other half not so much. But if you can overlook that this is a great place.

It was my first time in and I was a little hesitant only because normally I get my nails done else where but they were extremely busy being so close to the holiday. Luckily when my sister and I walked in no one was in so we were attended right away. The women were friendly and spoke English well. My coworkers suggested Chic Nails and they were great! We just had the basic pedicure done and I got a simple polish. The lady that did mine (I forgot her name, starts with C..
