Great customer service and quality work. I was running 5 minutes late for my 6:45 appt.and they do close at 7:00p.m.But when my friend and I arrived the employees greeted us and made us feel comfortable as we engaged in genuine conversation. I came in with a Groupon for a gel manicure, my friend came in for a pedicure. The technicians name was My. She gave me one of the best to this days gel manicure ever. My friend's spa pedicure was fabulous as well. The employees are all very welcoming, thorough with their service, yet a median of professionalism still exists. Their prices are great too! Even though I did use a Groupon I checked out all their prices because I knew I would be coming back. They offer waxing too. I am not sure about all the services that the hair salon part of this spa has to offer as I was there for only a manicure. If you are big on quality service and genuine friendly people then you will be happy and glad you gave this salon a try. It's been over a a week now and my manicure still looks nice. I'm so glad I found my old nail and eye brow lady!! Amy was previously working at a different salon and one day I stopped by at her old salon an the ladies there told me she was on vacation little did I know she had opened a new salon and I'm so glad I found her. Amy is amazing in what she does I always leave her satisfied she does my nails,pedicures and eye brows amazingly!! The salon is very sanitary her an the other workers are always so welcoming. Absolutely horrible service. I came to get a fill on my eyelash extensions. And shortly after I left and after the glue was completely dry I started feeling a stabbing at my lash line. Within a day my extensions began falling out and with them all my lashes. I would have a bunch of real lashes 5-6 of them come out with a clump of glue and one extension. The extensions are supposed to go on 1 on 1 and not all bunched together. When I went to the salon to request a refund they refused me and tried place the blame on me. I came here mid-week and was immediately helped. Asked for a gel manicure and a (normal/non-gel) pedicure - and with the Groupon that all came to $35 total! The pedicure was amazing. They polish your feet with a heel buffer and they also exfoliate your legs with a scrub - which was not expected, but GREATLY appreciated. The polish job on my feet was *perfect*: all the way to the cuticle, absolutely no streaks - just great. Amy did my pedi. The manicure was okay, considering I think a newer employee did her best. She was lovely and covered the spots that I saw weren't polished, and was very attentive to detail for the most part. Unfortunately, I noticed too late that the polish didn't go all the way to the cuticle and was a bit grooved. This is something small, however, because it can easily be remedied by pointing it out if you see something's wrong. I'll definitely be coming in again.PS: Don't buy the Groupon before coming in. Since a cut of the new price would go to Groupon, the business would get an even more discounted price. They're happy to honor the advertised Groupon price if you mention it to them. Read Less

I really love this little salon! All of the girls there are so nice and cute!! They do a really good job! I went in just for a manicure with polish and it was only $10! So awesome! The lady who did my nails was Amy! And she is the bomb! I would definitely make sure to make an app with her because she really makes sure your nails are looking the best! She also gave me a really nice arm massage after and it was long good run.. which is a plus!because we all know we hate when someone just rubs the lotion on and calls it good!.  My polish also lasted about a week and a half which is really freaking amazing for regular polish! Honestly my nails looked like they had gel on after she finished because they were that good! A week and a half later I came back and got a gel manicure and it was perfection! They did a really nice job and made sure the ends where the gel sometimes peels up was really solid! It did chip a couple days after so I went back in and they fixed it for free and actually redid my whole gel to make sure they were perfect! I came here because I saw reviews for the "Rose Gold Hologram" nail gel color. After seeing the reviews, I went in and was extremely pleased. This nail place is a small hole in the wall near where I live and I wish I knew about this place sooner. The ladies in this shop are detail oriented and really did what I wanted. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I feel like my full set lasted longer than going to other shops. By the time two weeks hit, my nails still looked pretty nice with minimal lifting. Jackie did my nails and she did a great job she was patient and took her time. She never made me feel rushed. Hates this place. The women in there didn't understand the meaning of no. I had fake nails on and wanted them removed the lied to me and said they took off the whole fake nail but I noticed that they didn't they just made it look like they did. And also my girlfriend got her hair cut there & the lady that was working on her hair used the razor to fix her eyebrows even tho she didn't ask. I wouldn't go here. Yes they did fuck up my nails. I found this nail salon through a Groupon I purchased for a very affordable $15 gel manicure. I called to set up my appointment a few days in advance for a morning session with Mimi. The day of, I arrived and was greeted by 2 nail techs, and I was led to pick a gel color from the many selections they had! Mimi was so kind and gentle with my nails, as she didn't go too fast or rough with my fingers. It seems like I've been looking for a good and friendly nail salon for ages.  Today I searched on Yelp and found TJ CUT AND SPA.  Wouldn't you know it, one of the first reviews that came up was by one of my coworkers. What a small world I thought. So knowing my coworker wouldn't post something untrue I headed over to TJ's and was greeted by all of the lovely ladies there. They were very friendly and welcoming. I explained that the nail shop I went to really messed up my nails. They were the wrong shape. They were bumpy. Basically they were just a hot mess. I mentioned I thought they might have to remove them and start with a whole new set. Jackie came over and started on my nails. She didn't remove them as she said she didn't want to hurt my fingers. Much appreciated that. She started fixing my nails and before I knew it my manicure was perfect. And when I say perfect I mean perfect. I couldn't believe she saved my nails! I was so happy with the results that I set an appointment for 2 weeks for another manicure and a pedicure. Plus I set an appointment for my husband to have a pedicure because Lord knows he needs it. So I've said all this to Simply say if you're looking for a fantastic place to have your nails done this is it. It is a small quaint and friendly spot. What's even better is that they also do hair color haircuts straightening perms and wax of all types. I'm pretty sure they've just made themselves a lifelong customer. I received a Groupon, which was why I decided to come here to get a manicure instead of going to my regular nail lady. The shop is a bit hidden and one can easily miss it, but luckily, I was kept my eyes opened and spotted it AND there was one parking spot left :) There isn't much parking available in the lot, but there is street parking. There are also restaurants and a gas station in the little plaza. I was instantly greeted and welcomed when I walked in, which proves that they do care for and notice their clients. After reading some great reviews, I did call ahead of time and book for Amy. I noticed how sanitary and organized the shop was, which to me, is one of the most important aspects in any restaurant/store/shop I go to. She was with another client when I went in, but she did tell me to pick out a gel color and it wasn't long until she sat me at her station. She took her time in filing and painting my nails, making sure everything was perfect and free of flaws. Throughout the process, it was a bit awkward since Amy and her coworker were just talking among themselves and another client and I were just quietly sitting there. All in all, Amy does a great job and she won't disappoint. I do have to say though, if you're one that prefers a talkative nail technician, you may have to start the conversation and keep having to bring up new topics. Other than that, this shop is sanitary, the ladies are nice, and they do a wonderful job.
