As a nurse I never get mani/pedi’s as im afraid of the bacteria at other places. Color Box had me at waterless! I will definitely be back so sanitary I love it! I was treated like a queen while I was there. All the staff talked to me and were extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely spa and I had the best pedicure I have ever had! I wasn’t sure what to expect from the waterless pedicure, but it is so much better than I could have imagined. The zero gravity chair was heavenly! I didn’t speak at all during this most relaxing time, and never felt pressured to do so. I love that I could just enjoy without making small talk. I had a great experience with Diane, but Candy was angry with my sister and myself the entire time. She only did my polishing, but that was the most painful polishing off my life. What in the world? Best mani/pedi of my life! The experience is perfect from the minute you walk in - modern, elegant decor, great music playing overhead, and champagne! The pedicure was on another level - they seat you in the zero gravity bed (which is heated), cover you with a plush blanket, place a heated rice pillow on your neck and an eye mask over your eyes. My body instantly relaxed, my muscles were soothed and I was able to float off for a while, while getting a perfect pedicure. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Read Less

Color Box Luxury Nail & Beauty Bar is now my new nail shop. I was welcomed warmly with a hug in a relaxed atmosphere. The shop is spacious and beautiful. Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. I wasn't sure what to expect with a waterless pedicure, but it was amazing. Loved the zero gravity chair and all of the small touches - warm lavender pillow, blanket, bag for my shoes, trendy expensive polish (Tom Ford, Christian Louboutin) in addition to the standard polish. The shop is very ratchet not in the best location I should of knew this was not the place for me I asked then to do a service for me and they refused I even told them I would pay extra and started to talk back to me talking real ignorant and on top of that they did a terrible job I been getting my nails done since I was 14 years old I'm 30 now and this was the worst experience I ever had Read Less

Very unprofessional, no communication skills, bad business. I had to reach out to the nail tech multiple times in order to even get an appointment made after getting my nails done a couple times (coworker referred me to this nail tech) my coworker goes every week or every other week religiously for years, NEVER has an issue with scheduling her appointment or communication, me? Every time. Favoritism and or just completely bad business. Don't pick and choose who's nails you want to do. My money is just as good as anybody else's. Read Less

I added more pics and they took them down. My nails look nothing like the green ones in the photo and there were a few issues other than the $60 i paid. 1.My technician didn't speak english and someone had to translate what i wanted. 2. I think she was new, maybe, she was rushing a bit. And when ever she would make a mistake she'd ignore it until i said something. Then seemed annoyed that i said something. 3.i wanted coffin nails and these just look like regular nails which makes me believe the picture of green coffin nails wasn't from this place. Read Less
