Okay, so I am not usually the type of person to complain and I absolutely loathe that "Customer comes first. Customer is always right" mentality. (I used to work in hospitality and I completely understand how people can get.) I am also compassionate and understanding towards employees in general. But this is 1 experience that I am not understanding, compassionate, or okay with and I am speaking up about it. So I came here for 2 reasons: 1. The reviews for this place were really good. 2. It's close to my house. The sign outside said "Walk-ins welcome". I didn't have an appointment and I walked in. I get asked what I wanted done. All I wanted done was a manicure. There was only 1 person getting a manicure done anyway. The lady there tells me that they have an appointment on the way who was late (which I understand) and that they cannot take me because they were busy (that was a blatant lie). She asks me to come back on Monday. I can't because I work on Monday and I work OT. Saturdays is the only day I can come in and get my nails done. So I sit there thinking that maybe they'll eventually get to me. The woman who had an appointment comes and they get started with her. Then the phone rings. And the lady who answers the phone tells the person on the phone to make an appointment for another day because they are too busy to take her. At this point, I realize that they are pretty much lying to their customers and I just had to walk out. I've been to places where businesses have been understaffed, and yet they still book appointments and they still take walk-ins, which is how I know that they are lying. They lost a potential client willing to pay for their services and are turning away clients because it looks like to me they don't want to work. Wanted to come in at least twice before submitting a review. So, here it goes... Hands down, the best nail salon I've been to. And I've tried salons in Sac, Fairfield, Davis, and Folsom (crooks).  So why do I say they're the best? Simple: quality of work and honest service.  No hidden charges in cutting the nail down or unnecessary repairs or new sets...The setting might appear sketchy to some, but it is fine.  I really appreciate that they are beyond competent in their work and they are not greedy.  Family business... If you are unhappy with your current nail salon then you should come here, they do great work. I hate going into a nail shop where they do a rush job and charge an arm and a leg. All 3 ladies take their time and provide excellent service. I drive 25 minutes for a pedicure. Well worth it. Read Less

Walked in randomly with my sister. Trying to find a near by OK nail place to become regulars. Walked in, didn't have a chance to look at designs when I was asked to take at seat. While I'm still trying to pick a design She (didn't catch her name, but clearly is the owner), starts glueing and cutting. After she asked how long I asked to have my nails not too long and ask if she could do them a lil shorter, she continued to add the acrylic. (Never the less the actual size was NOT the issue). As if I hadn't even mentioned anything. After I've already had my first nail done I asked Wait what are you just doing simple plain. She continueds to say Yes. Final result, regular acrylic nails came out OK. My whole point and low rating is because she didn't listen to what I wanted or what I was asking for. She was too bz trying to get me off the chair. My favorite place to get a pedi and a mani!! Lee is awesome! She is the only one who I want to do my pedis! All the women there are genuinely sweet. They make you feel very welcomed. Love this place! Prices are very far. Read Less

I am not completely positive if this is the same place that I went to, but if it is nearby Korean restaurants then this is the one!They were SO great!  I got a pedicure here and their massage chairs are fantastic.  They have a huge array of OPI nail polishes that you can choose from and they really make your feet soft and beautiful!  The pedicures here are only 20$ if you do not get a french tip or any designs.  I would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a pedicure!
