Not impressed...I came in a little weary of the reviews but also a little excited because the pics looked good! I sat down for a removal and new full set, told her i wanted them a little longer and square. She removed them...so far so good, now we get to the fun stuff.So first, WAY too thin...they are already breaking and it's been less than a week.Second, NOT square...at all. Third, she did the powder so thin my nails looked grown out before I even left!! The ONLY cool thing is I got mood changing polish. Amazing staff and service. Needed a new place cause my normal nail girl was out of town. And after reading all the yelp reviews, decided on lotus. I'm so happy I did! Tina did my nails. And she was so friendly and fast! My nails look AMAZING! She recommended the mood nail polish. So cool. Then for hair I had thia. I came in with terrible fried dead hair. It looked horrible. Haha. And I left feeling like a movie star. My hair is so bouncy, fresh and soft now. She did a cut and deep conditioning treatment.  I am more than pleased with my experience here. Set an appointment for 2pm today and ended up getting there half an hour early. We were helped right away and I will most definitely be back again! Perfect mani and pedi, pressure for the arm and leg massage was just right and my nails look fantastic! Thank you so so much, I absolutely love them! This is a great salon for pedicures. The women are friendly, the facilities are clean, and the large massaging chairs and tubs make me feel like I'm at the spa. I don't care for their manicures, they often feel rushed but the polish looks good in the end. Read Less

AWESOME, Place very chic lots of colors to choose from and in a safe neighborhood I grew up down the street AMAZING staff Thai is remarkable she was able to clam me down and assured me that my nails would look great on my trip to Punta Cana to celebrate my 25th Anniversary I'm so grateful she was able to fix added a little flare and gave me a nice foot massage and I was ready for my trip.
