I wanted to love this place because it's close to my home and they have many good reviews on yelp. Unfortunately, I won't be back. I scheduled an appointment for two pedicures for me and my daughter. We were seen promptly and out of there in 30 minutes. The actual pedicure such as filing, and cutting my cuticles lasted less than five minutes. And she spent a good 30 seconds scrubbing the bottom of my feet. This is not long at all compared to what I am used to. I LOVE this shop. They are consistent with their processes, reasonable and recently upgraded their pedicure/massage chairs to the latest and greatest. You're not going to get the hand and arm massages the nice Spas include, but the foot massages are always included with your pedicure. They probably do use more Vietnamese around the customers than they should, but as long as they're not laughing at me, I can tolerate it from these nice ladies. Cash is highly preferred. Read Less

Pretty standard place. I've been here ~5 times and have had a mediocre experience but left with decent-looking nails. I never make an advanced appointment but always seem to get squeezed in. The women often talk amongst themselves, but I'm fine in silence and don't need constant conversation. However, one time they rushed me out the door before my nails were dry, and the last time I came here I was nail-shamed. I have clean, normal (actually pretty) feet, but I'm a runner and keep my toenails relatively short. When I came in for a pedicure I was given a "tisk tisk" for my nail length and someone actually laughed at me. I was coming in because I wanted to treat my feet after working them so hard, but I left feeling really embarrassed. Read Less

I have been going to Hollywood Nails for about six months and I LOVE it! Everyone is so sweet and they do such an amazing job.  Everyone will always greet you as you walk in and they will always make sure you are happy while are you being taken care of.  Never a bad experience, I do recommend you make an appointment as they are always busy. I have been living in the area for ever two years. I finally decided to get a gel manicure done following a gel pedicure. The woman who did my nails did excellent but I had two extremely difficult ingrown toenail nails. Cindy stepped in and took both of them out with ease. Wow, the difference afterwards was amazing. This place pretty great for several reasons:1. Polish lasts forever. My gel has been on there for 4+ weeks w/ no chipping. I had to cut my nails but it still stayed on after that. 2. They don't ask me to get services I didn't ask for. If I ask for regular polish they don't try to get me to do gel. 3. I've had Ann and Lynn, both do a good job. I've had another older lady, but cannot remember her name. They even gave me advice to put Vaseline on my cuticles at night so I get smooth skin around my nails. They do tend to get very busy, especially on weekends, so there will be some waiting, but that's fine with me. Since I live close I just drop by sometimes. One time I came 30 minutes to closing and they turned me away. That's actually good b/c you don't want someone to rush through, just come earlier and give yourself some time to wait a bit. Read Less
