All of the ladies do really nice jobs and if you don't like something, they won't hesitate to fix. Are there days I go and I'm not impressed with work? But can't always be perfect. Went in for a gel pedicure 2 days ago. They were done in 30 mins. No massage. My toe nails are half ass painted. And I have been coming here for years! Glamour Hair and Nails is a local dive in the neighborhood. Have been there several times just because they are cheap for eyebrow wax (7.00).  The couple times I have been I always say Im not coming back.  The place is filthy, stinks and the girls who work there are rude. I figure an eyebrow wax that takes maybe 3 minutes would be simple.  I stopped by this morning at 10am.  2 girls working in there with one customer getting there hair colored.  I had to laugh when they told me I would have to come back later for the eye brow wax.  Im like "no thanks" and left.  Went down the street on Fulton to a nice clean place who charged me 6.00.  I was in and out in a couple minutes.  I will never go back to this dump again and going to tell everyone I come across in the neighborhood who might frequent that place about this experience. This off the beaten bath salon is nice! Hannah did my mani and pedi. She was sweet and did a really good job. Not over priced. This place is great! I took my car to Capitol Auto to have the windshield replaced (quoted 1.5 hours) and decided to get a pedicure while I waited. This place is just around the corner so it's like a hidden gem. Super sweet and helpful ladies do hair and nails here and they don't disappoint. I have nothing but positive and wonderful things to say about this place! My sister has been coming here thanks to her friend who brought her. So my first day I got a pedicure and a full set of gel nails in a color that I absolutely love! All of the ladies were/are so very friendly and welcoming! Got us going right away with no appointment set up! The quality of the work was way above par. My sister talked meInto getting a hair cut and I couldn't be happier with it! Worst experience, I left before She finished working on my nails ... I went there to get my nails done , the young lady who sit behind the desk start helping me .. She put cottons around my fingers to take the Gel off ((I know when I go other saloons they put it for 5 to max 7 mints)) .. She put it .. Then she grabbed her sandwich , start eating on the table she is working on right infront of me .. Then after she done eating she called someone and she starting Skype or FaceTime not sure .. And that's all on the table we sitting on and I'm waiting !!! Then I told her that it's been 20 mints .. She said yes it takes time .. Then she took the cottons and started pealing the nail polish off my nails with her nails !!! That was so disgusting and not professional at all .. These girls are great! I never make an appointment and they always accommodate me. I love that they remember me whenever I come in. They're so sweet and do great work. I always just do a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My regular pedicures always last a month! Their prices are better than most salons too. I doubt I'll go anywhere else from now on! Lovelovelove this place and the girls that work here!Ps: I've never done it cos I always go for the full manicure but if you want just a gel paint they'll do a color change for cheap. I recently moved from the Bay Area to Sac. I've tried a few different nail salons in the area n I can honestly say this is the place to go! No matter what service u get here u won't be dissapointed. I've gotten full sets, pedi's, highlights, n waxing n I have always left happy n eager for people to see my nails/hair.The ladies here r wonderful n r knowledgeable about the services the provide. Tina was awesome!  I'm giving it 4 stars only because the color I chose for my hair did not come out that way.  However,  I know sometimes my hair does not take the color unless it's bleached (sometimes twice) to get it lighter. My hair had been growing out since last December with highlights.  I just assumed it would come out lighter. I wanted an ombre affect but I'm still pleased with the outcome since it looks more natural and will be less maintenance.  I had my hair colored, cut, dried and styled in an hour exactly.  I'm use to 3-4 hours usually to get the same thing.  For those of you that are accustomed with high end hair salons, you may find their techniques a little unconventional.  Still,  the job gets done, you'll look good and the cost will be too good to be true.  Definitely coming back to see Tina!
