First time in, and I was very pleased. The shop is nice, clean and was decorated in pretty colors The service was great, as was the price. My nails look fabulous! I think I'll be switching nail shops...

i went here because my nail salon wasn’t open. great please. might come here again. it’s way closer to my house so i might come here a lot often. one thing, i had a coffin shape and i was here to get a fill. the coffin shape was basically a square so i had to ask her to fix it. not a big prob but when i got home i noticed a few mistakes, the gel was messed up and my pointer finger was bigger then my other one. i had to cut it myself

Honestly, my only complaint is the pedicure chair's massage feature was at the base of my head and above... rendering it basically useless for adding to my relaxation destination. Jackie did my pedicure - the "Spa Pedicure" and it was completely worth it for the $30. Kim did my manicure, and did a fine job as well. Felt a little rushed? But I was also too busy chatting with my friend to really pay attention, and the end result was great. Have been here before and will certainly come back. I don't get my nails done often, and I don't live in the area but when I'm here this is the place to go!

Awful service. The lady I had she cut my finger and made me bleed. And she left my nails hella sharp and way longer than I told her. So irritated never going there again.

My daughter just came home with her nails done from this salon. The job done was fine, but after hearing how the girls were treated, I will not be doing anymore business here. I have always taught my daughter to be friendly, respectful, and warm to anyone she encounters. I assume that when she goes to an establishment without me, she will be treated with the same kind of respect, especially from people in a service industry such as this one. I would hope that even if a patron comes in around closing time, she will be treated, no matter the age, cordially--technicians are not donating their time and are most likely rewarded if they are genuinely friendly and make a patron feel at ease. I don't know if the ladies were tired or what, but it sounded like the environment was not one I would have enjoyed. Please work on customer service!

Honestly, my only complaint is the pedicure chair's massage feature was at the base of my head and above... rendering it basically useless for adding to my relaxation destination. Jackie did my pedicure - the "Spa Pedicure" and it was completely worth it for the $30. Kim did my manicure, and did a fine job as well. Felt a little rushed? But I was also too busy chatting with my friend to really pay attention, and the end result was great. Have been here before and will certainly come back. I don't get my nails done often, and I don't live in the area but when I'm here this is the place to go!

My daughter just came home with her nails done from this salon. The job done was fine, but after hearing how the girls were treated, I will not be doing anymore business here. I have always taught my daughter to be friendly, respectful, and warm to anyone she encounters. I assume that when she goes to an establishment without me, she will be treated with the same kind of respect, especially from people in a service industry such as this one. I would hope that even if a patron comes in around closing time, she will be treated, no matter the age, cordially--technicians are not donating their time and are most likely rewarded if they are genuinely friendly and make a patron feel at ease.
