Horrible experience. I came in to get a full set because my nails were breaking. The place is loud with kids running around. Non professional business. The lady worked on my nails to soak off then she stop working on me to work with another customer. Her employee then came and work on my nail. My nail skin is right in plain sight. He cut the skin! What the hell? Why wasn't he paying attention. The customer next to me complained that the nails he did wasn't even straight. Also the charge me $10. Why? You hurt and cut my skin. Horrible customer service. The board of barber should be called. Will never suggest this place to anyone. Read Less

Vary nice. Easy to talk to. But what i love most. They have respect and speak english in the salon. Dont go back n forth n language, which makes everyone feel more comfortable. I have been coming to this nail salon for almost a year and im sad to say I will be looking for a new salon. when I first started going there, the new owner did my nails very well, perfect all the time! She had a baby and had to take time off so her husband took over. It is not the same. Hes very nice, but he always rushes and is rough and my nails never ever come out the way I want them when he does it :( My nails end up different shapes and length. I tell him over and over how I want them, and it just always fails. I hope this helps Read Less

The bride and I got our wedding gel nails done here and we absolutely loved them. Leslie was the gal that did mine, and she was very sweet and outgoing. I had OPI bubble bath gels done on August 6, and not only are they still in tact but they have not lifted whatsoever. The bride got a French with gels and she was very excited about hers as well. NEW OWNERS! I love this place! Leslie is hands down one of the nicest & sweetest women around. This place is close to my house & they always have availability for me to come in. I never wait long. She always remembers my name & even remembers things I forget I tell her! So friendly! It's little things like that that make me a returning customer. There's always good music on & I've yet to have a bad experience here! Not that I think I ever will :) & none of this is even to mention her husband & rest of the staff is talented and friendly as well!This salon is definitely a hidden gem & I definitely recommend it! Very relaxing and accommodating when i started to feel dizzy cause of the fumes they offered me water and had me step outside while they air out the store so they could finish my nails nam the guy who did my nails was very professional and nice about me having to step outside he did my nails very beautifully and fast it would have been 5 stars but the pricing is steep for a fill and a single repair thats my only compliant. I called on a Monday morning soon after they had opened and Leslie had said I could come in at 10am for a $30 basic mani+pedi. First impression was that it quiet, clean, but little out dated style wise. DO NOT let that be a factor to your service and experience here. They are under recent new management as well. Leslie did both my manicure and my pedicure both took an elapsed time of about one hour and 15 minutes. She was friendly, sweet, open and easy to talk to. You can tell she is interested in developing a relationship with her clients. She checked on my comfort level of water and position twice and she was never pressing to up-sell me. Best place I have ever been to!!! I was in between clients and desperately needed a fill and polish change.  I was about an hour away from my normal lady. They took me right in for 25 fixed filled and reshaped my nails. The gel color selection was good but not the greatest to many neons and sparkly for me. My only issue is they did not fully clean my cuticles. Be prepared to sit for a while he took a long time getting ever detail perfect and it was definitely worth the wait. Best nail place I have been to in a while. I'm very skeptical about trying new places because when I find a place that does it how I want/like, I stick to them. I came upon this place one evening after work and everywhere was close. They were very welcoming and would not let me leave until I was satisfied with how my nails looked. Very clean, unique colors, welcoming, and detail oriented so you leave happy. Highly recommended and if you don't like something, speak up. They are more than willing to do it to your preference. This place is a hidden gem. I absolutely love the ambiance and professional atmosphere they have created here. The owners and nail techs are very sweet with years of experience. I will definitely be back. Things I noticed were that they use new supplies on every client. They sterilize their metalware and open new packages in front of you. All of their products are all natural without ANY chemicals. I loved that since I do have very sensitive skin. They have a huge selection of colors as well as gel colors to choose from. Their pedicure chairs are amazing. I love the massage options.  The staff here really does a thorough job and I will definitely be back! Great little hidden gem. I stopped in on a Monday afternoon and Michelle was able to see me right away. I got a fill ($15) with gel polish (additional $10), and the price was comparable to what I've paid elsewhere. However, I will say, Michelle was INCREDIBLY meticulous and my nails looked absolutely perfect. You could tell she takes pride in what she does and she's good at it. She was really nice, too....helped me find a polish to match my toes, made sure I was comfortable, etc. The salon itself is really bright and airy, lots of windows, calming music, clean, modern. I'll be back for my fills, but it seems like it would be a really great spot for a nice relaxing mani/pedi day as well. I have normally gone to salons downtown that can be hit or miss, but I'm really glad to have found my neighborhood spot now. Read Less
