To be fair: They make sure your nails are done excellently and make sure you love the end result. They try to make time for everyone, walk ins and many with an appointment, They TRY, with so many nails and other needs waiting to be perfected to your desire, Is a little wait that bad? They do what they can, when they can, and make sure to perfect your needs. I've gone here for about 2 months and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Although the nail service here is a bit on the pricey side I still find myself always going back. Lulu has taken care of my nails every time I come in and she does a great job!I usually get acrylic nails and I will sometimes bring in a design to see if it can be done. The first time I went in, I had gotten their holographic design and I've received so many compliments about them. What I love most about their service is that some acrylic nails come out really thick, but when I get them done here, they make it so the acrylic is thing. Many of my peers had asked if I only had gel polish on because it would look like my real nails. All in all, I really like this nail salon but the prices are a little high. This place is new and I'm glad they finally have a nail salon in this plaza. The girls are nice, Anna will give you discounts next time you come with their business cards and 10% off  or bring a friend and get a discount. I first found this place through Yelp a couple months ago and it easily became my favorite place. I had only been going in for gel mani and regular pedi, and my favorite is Yao Yao. She's very nice and does anything you need to make you love your nails. Recently i came in for a gel mani and regular pedi at 7pm on a thursday and I told her I needed to leave by 8, and she was able to get me out of the salon right on time without cutting me or messing up on the color! But I absolutely love Anna! I had never tried threading my eyebrows before, but I realized my face is way too sensitive for the wax, so I went out on a limb and i haven't looked back since. She makes sure I'm okay and not in any pain. She's also now my go-to for eyelashes! Her work is amazing and she makes sure you walk out with perfect lashes instead of rushing through it. I am never letting anybody else touch my eyebrows and lashes except for her now.Both ladies are very meticulous and pays attention to the smallest details, and the fact that they are only a couple of blocks away and they stay open later than most salons (I work in Orange County) is the cherry on top.
