This use to be my go to nail place but it has since gone down hill since their renovations. My usual nail girl took me in half an hour later than my appt. With her. What's the point of having an appt. If you can't do it? Anywho, the quality of their nail products have also gone down. Before it use to last, now the polish chips within a few days and this is for a pedicure. I guess I will now have to search for a new nail place. Read Less

Haven't had my nails do e in YEARS! and the lady's here were super sweet and very talented. Got a mani-pedi with just clear polish on my nails and gel on my toes (bc my work won't allow colored nails).Both women were very attentive,  making sure I was comfortable the whole time and made it very relaxing experience for me. Working so much with my hands I know my nails were in bad shape, now they look 100% better, even without polish My toes are so ready for summer! My mom, sister and I have been going to get our nails done by Jessica for a while now. She really is the best! I've never had a nail technician pay so much attention to detail like Jessica does. She always takes the time to converse with you, and even remembers little details about you that you told her MONTHS ago. It's always about those little things, you know? Jessica is the new owner here, but she always makes time for her regular customers, despite her busy schedule. Also, her massages are always soooo relaxing (my favorite part!) Location is very nice and clean.I made an appointment and arrived early - and they were able to take me early. Great so far. Where they went wrong.I went in for an acrylic set. Technician was very pushy on upselling and basically told me thay I had to get gel color and design. I told her to just jeep it simple and I just wanted polish and no design. She said we will put it on and if you dont like it we will take it off. Whatever I wrote it off in my head that this was for a special event and I would just pamper myself.My technician did not give me a manicure! She just slapped the set if nails on and painted them. She did not trim my cuticles. She buffed my skin with the file and was very rough on my hands- she cut the skin on 3 nails and I bled. When she was done and my skin and nails were throbbing she told me that my skin was dry! I was beyond upset. When I went to pay service was $50! For acrylic set (with no manicure), gel, and a $4 stone on 2 fingers. Ridiculous. I will never go back and was one of the worst nail experiences ever. Read Less
