Horrible place. DIRTY. I should have walked out when I saw how filthy it was. I think the few good reviews they've gotten are from friends or relatives or they are posting then themselves. I had a Groupon coupon for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. I've been going for Mani/pedi's for the past 20 years and I can honestly say this was the worst experience of all. I was done in 30 minutes. Yes you read right, Shellac manicure and pedicure within 30 minutes. When I told t...he young lady she was leaving out a lot of spots while doing the pedicure her answer to me was "I know what I'm doing, I do this every day all day". If they were busy I could understand the rush. There was absolutely no one there. I was the only one. I tried asking her to please redo my heels properly she just ran the filer over it once in one spot and that was it. Try as I may to tell her she was missing so many spots the answer was always the same ' I know what I'm doing". I finally got enough courage to tell her nicely how I wasn't happy with the service and she just kept defending herself. At that time I told her I'm just trying to let you know how I feel about the service. I'm a new customer who isn't very happy right now. You have a lot of competition so your service will set you apart but if you don't agree that is fine it is your perogative. I needed to tell you so you could perhaps try to improve business you seem to be happy providing mediocre service so be it. I know I will not be coming again and I will be letting others know. I just got home and now I have a rash on my foot. I'm praying it'll go away. Don't waste your time and money. Trust me it was HORRIBLE. Not really a big fan of this place. I had to wait for 15-20 mins despite having an appointment. I don't mind waiting but no one told me how long the wait would be or apologized for the wait (common courtesy). When it was my turn the staff tried to rush the entire process. It didnt feel like a manicure and pedicure. I could not get the look i wanted because they did not have the colours. In fact they have a very limited range of colours. I eventually got a french manicure. I w...as first told it was $5 extra and then suddenly they told me it was $10. I understand mistakes can happen but based on their behaviour i had a hard time believing it was a genuine mistake. Also the staff was aware i had a groupon before they started my nails but neglected to tell me that the groupon doesnt involve tax. It would have been nice to know all the additional costs before i got my nails done. My white tips were waaay too thick. The customer service was not good at all. Worst of all, I was told that shellac manicures usually last upto 2 weeks. I had a groupon deal and went in the weekdays with an appointment. No custmers were there so no rush. Unfortunately i was very disappointed with the pedicure it was done in 15 mins and she didn't do a good job at all. I had shellac done and wasnt impressed with my manicure job either. Only thing was the girl was patient because i didn't like the 1st colour and she was willing to change it till i was satisfied. Also the fact that they talk in their language i find very rude. This was my nail place, I've been taking myself and my teen daughter once every month or so for the last 5 years for full sets and pedicures. Time before last we made an appointment for 3 of us to get full sets and pedicures, arrived on time and they look my daughter and her friend got them started and they were with pedicures and almost finished with their full sets while I was still waiting they took a few "regulars" that didn't have appointments ahead of me. I had to ask 3 times when it would be my turn since I had an appointment and was ignored until I cancelled my own pedicure and stared to walk out that the owner finally took care of my nails he did such an awful job my nails were still gritty and started to fall of within 3 days go to top nails across the street if you want qualify work Read Less

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I waited over an hour and a half for my appointment for eyelash extensions. Then the girl got some of the lashes stuck together and didnt know what to do, so without telling me, she proceeded to rip out my eyelashes. When I asked her what she was doing and why it hurt so bad she told me to close my eyes. When she finished it looked terrible! There were some long lashes in the middle of my eyes but no lashes left on the insides or out...sides. I was horrified. I asked her why she didn't just put solution on the lashes after she'd gotten them stuck together, but she said that would take too much time and she was already behind schedule for her next three appointments. I asked her if she could fix it, or if there was anyone else available who was more experienced with lashes that might know how to fix it, but she said there was nothing that could be done now because there were no lashes left to adhere the extensions to. The 60 minute facial was really worth the time! I have sensitive skin with acne scars and usually facials irritate my skin -but I was impressed with the results.
