Love this place! I have been going here since around the time they opened. I am loyal to them as much as they are to me. I used to chat with their daughters while getting my nails done, it made my day! They are like family to me! Every creative nail idea I have come in with they have fulfilled! I tell everyone to go to them ( but this place is not for everyone) I watched Henry expand his store with his own 2 hands! The lady who did my nails was older and she was very nice but she was very rough so my nails & hands hurt for days after and the shape of my nails aren't really shaped well not professional looking... the only reason I am giving 3 stars is again she was very nice and tried her best! Read Less

My sister has been to the salon before. Today was my first visit. We had excellent service! They assisted us in picking colors to coordinate with our outfits for a wedding. We both got gel polish with chrome powder. The powder was a little more difficult to apply. Both gentlemen took time to make sure everything was perfect. Our pedicures were fabulous also. Although they were VERY busy, they ensured each customer was politely addressed and worked on. I would also like to mention that they didn't rush through anything and stayed until the last customers were serviced. (We left 45 minutes after closing). Cannot wait to come back! Read Less

I've been going to this salon for about 3 years. Henry, Linda and their staff are AMAZING! The staff knows just ab out very client by name, something that is rare in a nail salon. The atmosphere is very nice, calm and peaceful. The quality of their work is superb and if by chance there is an issue with your nails (almost never happens) their work is guaranteed. I visited this salon twice. The first time I brought my 12 year old granddaughter there to get her first eyebrow waxing. We waited for a long time before she was seen and when she finally had her service it was uneven and botched. The second time was this past weekend, I went there to get a manicure and a pedicure. I waited for over 30 minutes and when I checked the status of when someone would see to me, Henry told me it would be another half hour. His only explanation is th...at they were very busy. That is unacceptable. Suggestion: I bel the salon should, like doctors offices, have the arrival included on the sign-in sheet and when a person comes in they let them know in advance if there will be a long wait. 30 minutes isn't terribly long to wait to be seen in a salon, however one hour is unacceptable - especially when you are not notified or statussed! I cannot brag enough about Lily and Tram.  I have been going to this salon for over 18 yrs. and now travel over half an hour to get there.  Always on time, quick, and my nails/toes never look better.  I would never go to anyone else.  You won't be disappointed....and I agree with all the reviews...they are top notch!!! I love this place, they are efficient and allow you to relax- they are sincere and genuine and don't make fake talk with you. The guy who did my mani pedi was thorough and treated my nails like a creative process and was careful. I got my wedding nails done here almost two years ago and my in laws live nearby, if I lived here I would honestly come here as often as I could. It's a hidden gem! Went for a gel manicure. The price was average, $25   They did a good job or removing the prior gel. I soaked the nails then he buffed the color off, which Iiked better than places that rip them off.   But then it went down hill. First, he didn't push the cuticle back, which causes me concern about how it will look when the nail grow out.  Also I asked for short nails, which he didn't do at first. He ended up filing them down after the color was finished, but some of the nails are round and others are square. Second, the color is patchy and streaky. The polish is not coated evenly and he missed some of the sides. Third, there was no massage after. The woman next to me also got a gel manicure and received a massage that she was giving rave reviews. But I got nothing. At least be consistent. Fourth, the woman said they could do the design I wanted. But the man who did them said he didn't the right color, brush, etc. Overall, won't be going back. Read Less

Complete remodel with great massage chairs for pedicures. Top Ten Nails has a friendly staff and were completely remodeled! The new massage chairs are comfortable and have multiple setting options! I almost fell asleep! I just love the hot rock leg massage at the end with warm  towels! They have all kinds of color choice for gel nails and matching colors for pedicures! I came in last week for a pedicure and possibly a fill if I felt up to it. I had a gentleman do my pedicure which at first seemed a little rushed- the nail trimming, etc. He gave a really good massage tho, which made up for it. They didn't have a ton of good nail colors to choose from, so I got one with glitter, which isn't really my thing, but he applied it well and it looks good so I can't be mad.Their pedicure chairs aren't the most comfortable and the massages they give are tricky to operate and don't have a ton of movement. I turned it off before long. Also, they only take cash and checks, which I carry neither, so I had to walk my fresh pedicure to the grocery store next door to get cash for them.By then I wasn't in the mood to see what their fills are like and probably won't be back to find out. But their pedicures are priced fairly and the guy was friendly enough. Read Less

This salon is THE slowest I've ever been to. Every Time I've attempted to take advantage of their "oh so great" services, I've waited for an hour and then left after not being worked on. One of the workers even told me "next time you should just go somewhere else" when I let him know that an hour wait is unacceptable . Unbelievable. No stars...Went to have gel nails removed and a manicure. She soak my fingers then broke out the drummel and file them down to where they were red. My nails were strong and now they are so thin they are spitting down the middle.  I told her they normally just soak them and then scrape the gel off.  She did not seem to understand and kept on.  Once again, I tried to go for a simple service and they jacked up my nails as it I took fake ones off.
