I have NEVER been treated so poorly . I came to Top Nails for the first time . Wanted a full set of gel nails . The shop had just opened and I was told by Older lady with graying updoe. Have a seat and instructed to choose color . Ok , from where?" There , there , choose color!" I located several rings of false nails each colored and numbered . Less then a minute later , "WHAT COLOR?" . Wow I just found these I'm not sure yet ." YOU CHOSE COLOR !" This felt like a Twilight Zone episode . . I hurry and choose a Color ( although I'm not sure why this is important knowlage before starting ) . I felt so uneasy and had I not needed to have this done at this time today , I would of ( should of ) walked away . Gladly there was a lady Julie who came to do my nails . She was very sweet , seemed very able . But she was being spoken to ( in their language ) almost constantly thought out the service , by Person I spoke of at beginning , now being acknowledged as Kelly. I'm not sure if this is her real name .that is why I leave a discription .50 ish with graying black updoe hair style. Julie seemed hurried , as I learned they were down 2 employees . I Felt extremely uncomfortable . I was hurried off and as I stoped to look at my nails , they looked like I needed a fill ASAP . I don't want to complain in the business in front of other customers as a curtacy for them . I called from my car and said I was very unsatisfies . Told I could return when I was able , as I was due to work . Appointment took 2 hours.  I was able to return a few days later , called to arange an appointment  and was  told by a very kind Cathy , noproblem come in at an appointment we set. I return ...and Kelly , the angry woman before begines repairing my nails . I go with this because I had faith they wanted to right a wrong. Kelly was so curt and emotionless , no communication at all . I tryied to say a few words , received nothing . At this point I'm numb and have already  desided not to return. SO HERES THE CHERRY ON THIS POO SUNDAY! I try to speak at the end, " YOU GO NOW!" . I had no world .As I was leaving now on the verge of tears, I was stopped by Cathy , the lady I spoke with on the phone . Cathy was sweet and extreamly  appauigetic . Not atall sure who this Kelly person is , owner , nail tech ? But , wow she is horrible at any form of customer service . Read Less

And the lady who did my nails was an older lady but very nice. However she was very rough in filing my nails so my nails in my hands hurt for days. She did not do a good job of shaping my nails therefore I don't feel they looked professionally done. However I gave her a three star because she was very nice and did the best she could ! Read Less

My friend and i got pedicures. The lady took her time with my friend, since the last time she had a pedicure she had a bad experience elsewhere. The pedicure were really nice and the chairs are pretty comfy . They also have a tv for you to watch and feel relaxed while  you are there. My friend loved her pedicure and she's actually excited to come back and get another pedicure. They are very clean and professional, and I'm happy with coming here even though its a little farther from home. Deffinantly coming back really soon! Read Less

First... They won me over with doing my gel manicure separate from my pedicure. I was not rushed and they really took their time to make sure they were perfect. The other customers knew the employees by name, which says a lot of their repeat business. Second... Pokemon stop is right there, unlike the place across the street that says it is near a stop, but you can't reach it from inside.I'm glad I gave this place a try and will be returning. Read Less

Cathy, Mike and Peter take such time and care with each client. Mike does the BEST manicures and pink/white tips. Cathy and Peter go to great lengths to make each pedicure an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Money well spent on every visit! Read Less
