I made an appt with Lili as usual. 20 mins later I asked how much longer was the wait. They kept saying 5 mins. about 20 more mins went by and Billy ended up doing my nails. He was so distracted with ...
I made an appt with Lili as usual. 20 mins later I asked how much longer was the wait. They kept saying 5 mins. about 20 more mins went by and Billy ended up doing my nails. He was so distracted with what was going on around him that he made my nail bleed. Didn't even apologize and asked me not to move my finger... like really he isn't even looking when he is polishing under my nail! I was expecting at least a discount, but no. On top of that I payed more for what I usually pay for refills. Their prices were always different for my refills...They came highly recommended by a co worker Im disappointed even though the job is nice the Customer service is horrible and because of that I'm not going back.

Super disappointed, I have been going here for 4 years and tonight I went and the gentleman that was doing my pedicure was so distracted by other customers coming in and going and what every one else...
Super disappointed, I have been going here for 4 years and tonight I went and the gentleman that was doing my pedicure was so distracted by other customers coming in and going and what every one else was doing he was barley looking at me feet while doing my pedicure
I got so upset that i finally asked if he had time to actually do my pedicure. He told me he was doing me a favor by fitting me in because i didnt have an appointment. I would much rather of been told to come another time than to be rushed through and not give the courtesy, respect and attention a paying customer should be given.

peter hooked me up! I came in almost 30 minutes until closed and the staff was still very welcoming. Peter did an amazing job and i’m definitely coming back again!

This is a great place. It's small but the staff are very cheerful and serve very well. If you have time please come here and try to use their services. And you will feel something i told with you.

Pro top nails does a great job. If you have nothing better to do than sit there for at least 40 minutes if you have an appointment and who knows how long if you don't go there. If you want a good manicure/ pedicure get in your car and drive a couple blocks to Pleasant Nails at 1253 Pleasant Grove no 140. Great service, nice salon and fair prices.

This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have great services. I come here for pedicures and gel manicures and I have always been very pleased with the results. It's a little small and can get busy on the weekends so I try to go in the mornings before the rush hours on weekdays or book an appointment. The specialty pedicure is very well priced and includes a nice foot scub, a relaxing massage, paraffin wax which feels amazing, and hot towels. They accept cards but if you bring cash they give you a little discount.

I recently moved here from southern California, I have had the same nail lady for 6 years so moving here I knew was going to be difficult to find someone as good as her. I have been to multiple nail salons since my move here, and pro top nails is by far the best I have encountered. They are the cleanest salon I have ever even been to. They definitely have my business for the time I live in, or near Sacramento. The younger guy that sits right up front that's in charge is my favorite to see. He is very precise about everything he does. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Had a pedicure last night and today my back is sore. It turns out that the massage chair bruised my shoulder blades. My friend had the same thing happen to her. We sat in the 2 chairs closest to the door. We did the fanciest pedicure they had so we were there just over an hour. When the chair turned off, I pushed the button to turn it on again. I was busy talking to my friend and didn't realize it was hurting me.

I made an appt with Lili as usual. 20 mins later I asked how much longer was the wait. They kept saying 5 mins. about 20 more mins went by and Billy ended up doing my nails. He was so distracted with what was going on around him that he made my nail bleed. Didn't even apologize and asked me not to move my finger... like really he isn't even looking when he is polishing under my nail! I was expecting at least a discount, but no. On top of that I payed more for what I usually pay for refills. I recently moved here from southern California, I have had the same nail lady for 6 years so moving here I knew was going to be difficult to find someone as good as her. I have been to multiple nail salons since my move here, and pro top nails is by far the best I have encountered. They are the cleanest salon I have ever even been to. They definitely have my business for the time I live in, or near Sacramento. The younger guy that sits right up front that's in charge is my favorite to see. He is very precise about everything he does. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Had a pedicure last night and today my back is sore. It turns out that the massage chair bruised my shoulder blades. My friend had the same thing happen to her.
