I love Nordstrom. I used to only go there to buy shoes because I spare no expense when it comes to shoes. I did feel they were quite pricey, but then I started shopping for more things and then realized why I love them so much. I am now a card holder and Nordstrom rewards member. They actually have customer service, they actually care that their customers are happy and taken care of. My most recent experience was with shopping online but picking up at the store. I received a text message offering curbside pick up, which I thought was awesome! Not knowing about the anniversary sale. I tried to make a purchase in the children's department and was told no. I had to have a store credit card. I don't have any desire to have one of their cards. I was made to feel awful. I went into the mall and made my purchase at Jack and Janie. The quality was way better, and the store has so many absolutely adorable outfits. I love this store.  The entire sales staff is so professional and helpful.  Each salesperson will go above and beyond to satisfy a customer.  Even though it's a smaller store, the selection of merchandise is outstanding.  One request however...please please stock Charlotte Tilbury cosmetics.  Her products are the hottest on the market right now and I had to order the light foundation and mesmerizing eye cream on line in the store.  Other than that, great job representing Nordstrom and the Nordstrom values!! This store is racist! I have gone there numerous times and nobody has tried to help me shop. I have witnessed the employees go up to other people and assist them with finding an item they were looking for or take their clothes into the dressing room for them, leaving me to wander around. I know some things seem very pricey but I absolutely love shopping here and I think it's totally worth it. The customer service and the return policy is great!! I rarely return things I purchase here but just knowing that if it doesn't work out I can always bring it back without getting a sour look from the store employee gives a peace of mind when shopping here. This store is so so. It does not have the Nordstrom Cafe which I love or the Home Decor department. It's two stories instead of three like the one in Sacramento. The one in Sacramento is way better because they have more departments and the cafe. Prices are more expensive here too. I wanted to buy some socks for my Hunter boots and they were priced at $50 each; the one in Sacramento sold them for $30. Not sure why the prices here are more expensive??? Maybe because it's in Roseville instead of Sacramento?? One good thing about this store is that they have great customer service and I love brass plum as they have a lot of cute clothing in this department.  They also have a nice Bistro cafe that serves an amazingly delicious strawberry banana smoothie and some really tasty bagels. I went to this Nordstrom last week because I was looking for a suit to wear to my cousin's wedding. I was looking for a specific fit. An employee named Nichole, a very kind young woman, took the time to help me out. She not only found the product in the back, brought it to me, but also patiently helped me finding other color suits in other Nordstrom around the area. This young woman went above and beyond to help me. She was also very courteous and polite. The place is very clean and organized. Parking was easy. Dublin store better even the new 1 in Sacramento & Arden Mall. Manager needs to get it organized especially Shoe Dept. They were all over the floor hanging out of boxes just disarrayed. I park by the side of the mall by Nordstrom's and mainly walk through to get into the mall and maybe stop by for a moment to look at the shoes. I'm shopping for work shoes today, so I decided to pay a visit to the shoe section. Since I like more practical male style dress shoes, they didn't have anything for me. At least not in the women's shoe section and I didn't want to shop in the men's section. I know the kind of shoes I like exist in the women's section, but apparently they don't sell them here. I walked upstairs to the women's clothes and was reminded why I only shop here rarely. Everything is too expensive for what you get and you can almost always find a better deal elsewhere. I like getting a good deal or at least feeling like I'm getting my money's worth and I don't feel that way when I shop here.I've found some cool pants on the clearance rack before, but that seems like it was one time rather than the clearance rack being reliable for good finds. For the time being this store is just my easement into the mall and is pleasant enough for the two minutes it takes to walk through. Read Less

This review is long overdue. I can't lie I do have a shopping problem but I choose Nordstrom over all stores in the Roseville Galleria due to the EXCELLENT customer service I ALWAYS receive from Rhonda Nelson-Harder. She gets what customer service is. To a professional like me with a family; I don't have a ton of time to shop. Rhonda is always on point reminding me of sales, letting me know when my favorites are on sale or promo. Rhonda also lets me know when it's triple points time so I get the most rewards. Not only that but if the store doesn't have something I want she will find it at another store and ship it to me. Or similarly I will call and tell her what I need and she will have it ready for me so I can just run in and out. Anyone with a baby can appreciate that one. I purchased a Kate spade wallet here and I didn't start using the wallet till about 6 months later. After using it for about two weeks, the button clasp came off. I couldn't believe it. I paid $180 for the wallet and I expect it to last. I mean, Kate spade, you expect good quality. I guess I got unlucky and got a poorly made one. I called Nordstrom to ask for an exchange and the lady that helped me told me they only have one left and it was all the way in Puerto Rico! And if I didn't mind waiting, they will have that one shipped and I could go in and exchange or they could just refund me the money back. I wanted the wallet. The lady was very helpful, but besides that, Nordstrom has the greatest return policy ever! They go out of their ways to try to accommodate you and there is really not a time frame of when you have to do your return by.  I have also shopped here for shoes many times and the employees have always approached me and assisted me. I always feel bad after how much they help me and I walk away without purchasing anything. What can I say? This Nordstrom in Roseville totally rocks my socks! After coming here numerous times, this place has it all delivering some amazing selections of authentic clothes, shoes, and cosmetics anytime, anywhere. The atmosphere is quite busy here depending the environment of customers. The concept is very modern and clean, so it's walk-able to explore some good in-stock items.The employees (mostly sales associates) are doing an excellent job for making the customers like me a great service! No cons at all.I did find some good items here despite the rarely amount of "end of season sales." I bought two new pairs of Authentic tied-in Vans at an actual price, and these two fitted well after I completed my purchase! What a deal!The shoe shining service is totally top notch! With less than $4, I can shine some of my dress shoes here at anytime! Despite the popularity, I have no issues here because these two friendly shoe shiners are doing a great job to keep my dress shoes shine like new! Unbelievable service!There's plenty of parking available outside the Westfield Galleria Mall in Roseville, so you can park anywhere you want.All in all, Nordstrom in Roseville is the coolest and the classiest national department store that I've ever visited! My sister and I got our hair blown out by Monica this weekend and she did not disappoint! The salon area is very hip, stylish and cool but I am sad they couldn't have added 1 more chair so at least a couple of girlfriends can get their hair done at the same time. I've had quite a long eyebrow history. Sperms drawn on my face, one longer than the other, one fuller than the other. Always thinking that gorgeous eyebrows were for people with good genes or whatever. Well I will no longer day dream about having those perfect  jlo eyebrows. After making an appointment with Ashleigh I finally got the eyebrows I've always dreamed of. I was given specific instructions to grow them out a little due to over plucking (going to be sheer torture) Ashleigh was very sweet, funny, cute and quirky. She made me feel very comfortable about this new experience. She was very patient with me explaining how to fill in my own eyebrows. She was very real and honest about what products I would like best tailored to my specific needs. She was a breath of fresh air to me and my eyebrows. Shut up and take my money!!! The style bar is a fairly new addition to Nordstrom in Roseville. Tucked into the back corner, down stairs. They offer multiple services that I have began to indulge in. Let me start with the nail bar. Stephanie the nail specialist is amazing. She is very talented and up to any challenge for nail designs. Feel free to pull a picture on Pinterest or Instagram to show here what you'd like. She really is an artist.  Some of the designs she does with the colors and glitters are amazing.  I was constantly getting asked where I got my nails done, and vice versa when I run into someone with designed nails at the mall 9/10 they went to see Stefanie at the nail bar. The price I believe is $30 for gel nails (that will last 3 weeks, I swear!) and $1 per nail, per design.   Warning: schedule an apt weeks in advance, it can be very hard to get in last minuteThey also offer a brow bar too.  I prefer Ashleigh she is very talented.  Although the price is a bit steep for a brow wax  the service is well worth it.  They take a few measurements of your face to conclude which brow stencil is correct for you to use for shaping before they wax  Afterwords, they will color in your brows as well, which in the past I have hated, but Ashleigh is very talented and I have never left disappointed.  Last but not least, the blow dry bar!!  I have waited years for Sacramento, let alone Roseville to take part in the "blow bar" phenomenon.  For $30 you can get your hair washed and styled.  I want to say I had an appointment with Monica, I believe her name is and I told her I wanted my hair big, and she didn't let me down.  She washed and blew my hair out, then flat ironed and curled it, it was "Texas big", she said, when we were all done.  I pretty much suck at doing my own hair so this is definitely a nice treat when I want my hair to actually look nice.All the services offered here are not your average experience.  I think they have that special Nordstroms touch were they are willing to go above and beyond what you would normally get.  Customer service is outstanding as well as the services themselves.  Highly suggest you see for yourself. Steffani in the blowout section of the Nordstrom Style Bar is amazing.  She does a wonderful job, makes you feel like a million bucks, and she's adorable and makes you want to just squeeze her!  Best blowout you could get for $30!!Stephanie, the nail tech, does an exquisite job hand painting nail designs on gel manicures and pedicures.  I've never received so many compliments on my nails!  She's super sweet and accommodating to her clients' wants and needs.  The service prices are very reasonable.  I have taken my daughter and mother-in-law into the Style Bar for nail services, as well.  I will definitely recommend the Style Bar to all of my friends and family. I have curly thick hair and made a last minute appointment for a blow dry. It was the best $30 I have ever spent. I got so many compliments on my hair... Steffani did an amazing job and it was the best blow out I have ever had. I went with fresh washed hair and told her I didn't need her to wash my hair. Steffani is AMAZING!  I came in to get my hair blown out the day before I left for vacation so I wouldn't look like a hot mess for my 5 AM flight.  Steffani seriously worked some magic on my normally curly, unruly, frizzy hair.  My hair looked better than it ever had; straight, polished, and with volume.  After my amazing blowout, I ran a few errands and everywhere I went people were commenting on how great my hair looked.  The next morning, I awoke to a perfectly coiffed hairdo which allowed me to actually be early and relaxed for my flight.  Aside from the blowout, Steffani is a gem of a person; she is fun, friendly, professional, and talented.  If you're looking for the best blowout of your life go see Steffani at the Blow bar in Nordstrom! I have called and left messages, got one call back to give me some time slots but when I returned the call to confirm an appt. I had to leave another message and have not heard back from anyone. This place is amazing!! Blow-outs, nails and brows all in one location, truly the one stop beauty experience. I have been getting my brows done by Katie (A+++), who works for Anastasia  Beverly Hills at the Nordstrom Roseville Galleria, for almost a year when she let me know that they were going to be opening some sort of style bar at the store. I booked appointments with her for the opening day, and let me tell you I had such a great experience! In true Nordstrom fashion the service was over the top and completly professional. Sarah did my nails, they offer opi gel :) and Stephanie did my blow out, best of my life!! This is where I will be getting my nails and blow outs done from now on!
