She waited until she started my nails to tell me they only accepted cash tho i had my card out at the start. So I had to leave and go to Safeway for cash. She abruptly told me to go wash my hands after the arm massage.(most do it for you with warm moist towels.) She did not clean up my hang nails and nails enough before she began I had to have her fix them. She got polish on my fingers. She didn't polish my whole nail. Finally she told me that this would last a long time and it started peeling off just 2 days later. The owner tried to shame me for not spending the $35 for gel. I get pink and white nails done.  Nail lady didn't listen and didn't fill nails even close to cuticles where the pink should go without me having to point it out and even then she wasn't happy about it.. I also asked for the white to be filled since I had them It down and she didn't do that either and when I realized she had already done to much so unless I wanted to stay an extra 30 minutes so that she could fix it I was stuck.  I won't be back. One hour relaxing pedicure with added foot wax treatment. $40.The comfortable back massage chair was sort of a one trick pony. I've been in other massage chairs that had more movements, speeds and intensities. My feet were carefully tended. Pedicurist worked at a relaxing pace. Conversation was non-existent. Her English was scant & my Vietnamese is none. When finished my feet felt rejuvenated. Will gladly return for future treatments. Read Less

CASH ONLY!! It's not posted anywhere but make sure that you get cash before you come in or they will make you walk across the parking lot to the bank as they don't have an ATM in the shop.  Walked in at 4:10pm without an appointment and was seated immediately. The shop got very busy around 4:45. Basic pedicure is $25. I added the paraffin wax for an additional $5. The leg massage was awesome! Read Less

This nail salon is the closest to me and even has a free to use ATM nearby.  I know that most nail salons only accept cash nowadays, and this was no exception, they charge only $70 for a gel mani pedi which is the lowest price I've seen in Roseville so far but also I did not get to see if they had a menu for a hot paraffin or hot rocks which was a shame since I was in a need of that.The Staff- The staff is really nice and sweet, I didn't have a problem at all.They listen to your wants and needs very well and do the best they can for you.I had a few bruises on some of my toenails from outdoor sports and I picked out an almost transparent glittery nail color, they went over the bruised nails at least four times to cover it up without charging me for more which is what made me want to give a review for that amazing service.I would definitely come here again! I have visited a lot of nail salons in the area for Gel manicures. I can honestly say that this Nail Zone ( I think formally Nails.com) does the best job. The facility is clean and the gals who work there are very nice, but what I like the best is the price and how long these gels stay on. Each time I have gone my nails have lasted 3 weeks. No chipping!! I would definitely give them a try if you like gel manicures. Read Less

I personally didn't get my nails done, however, I took my daughters 92 year old great grandmother for a mani and pedi. I was a bit hesitant at first because they seemed like they were in rush, but when I mentioned they have to slow down and be gentle with her, they listened and it was smooth sailing from there on out.They took their time, treated her well and made her smile. As long as she was happy, I was happy. She truly enjoyed her foot, hand and shoulder massage and is looking forward to going back. Nice ladies who do a good job! Lindsey is fantastic for gel nails and designs. The only complaint I have is they aren't always good about being on time for appointments. Twice my daughter and I have waited for 20-30 minutes when Lindsey wasn't working those days. If this happens again we won't be going any more. Read Less

The location was bought out by one of the employees over a year ago, and they have cleaned it up, updated the equipment and it looks very nice. I get my mani/pedi here all the time, some ladies do a better job than others you just have to figure out which one does it the way you like it. It is disconcerting to Americans that they talk in Vietnamese to each other all the time but that is the nature of the business. Read Less
