I asked for just the middle of my daughter's eyebrows waxed. Very simple procedure as we have done it before so I didnt think I had to go to any special place so I dropped in here. The woman ends up taking off half of one of my daughters eyebrows off and insists its ok! My daughter was crying as it is so noticeable and the other employee started yelling at her as it was so obvious she screwed up. No compensation or anything. This place sucks! Never again! Read Less

New to the area. By far, hands down, THE BEST pedicure I've EVER had (and I've had A LOT)! The standard pedicures I've had have run about $35 plus tip. Their price was the same. BUT...it was so deluxe! I don't know how many different deliciously scented scrubs and clays and lotions she used on me! Hot stone rub and relaxing massage chair. I paid $10 extra for gel to last longer. I don't feel the gel should start chipping on the 8th day. Was out of town , so I couldn't go back right away. When I went back explained what happen. So instead of explaining to me in English that the lady doing my pedicure would do my manicure to prevent the chipping from happening again. Other customers came in and waited, then were in and out at the same time as me. Cause they did her manicure at the same time as they were doing her pedicure. I feel an explanation in English of why was owed to me the customer. It wasn't till I called the next day, I received the explanation. Then it's $10 more for gel. So the $15 manicure plus $10 equals $25. She rung up it at $30 and $30 for pedicure. My pedicure was $25 plus $10 for gel. So I was confused, but after stating that it should be only $25 for manicure and I needed to get to my appointment. I signed the bill and left. The total was correct it just left me confused what they really charged for my services. I feel it should of been rung up $25 for manicure and $35 for pedicure. I came here with a friend and we both had a great experience with pedicures. So, I came back to get gel manicure. I had them done on Tuesday evening. By Thursday morning my right hand had two chips. Came in with my bestie got a great pedi decided to come back to get a full set and get my daughters nails done. Tell me who my full set was faster than my daughters mani. Tell me my a simple mani for 2 girls (age 9 & 11) were 25 EACH !!!! This place is awful. I went because I just moved over here so I wanted a place near me. Big mistake. The pedicure was alright but then they smudged it and did nothing.  When it came to the manicure I wanted gel he said my nails were to short so talked me into acrylic. Avoid this place!Asked for fiberglass got acrylic.My nails are bumpy and lop sided.Had to fix them when i got home.Note: acrylic is $25 Fiberglass $30Guy who did my nails, i do nails too. I know when I am getting acrylic and when I am getting fiberglass. You gave me the wrong service and did not do a great job which resulted in no tip.Do not get nasty with me as you did.You did that to yourself!Plus I already payed $5 extra since I did not receive fiberglass. The pedicures are awesome here! I always get the deluxe package, which includes a paraffin wax and a stone massage. It also includes free "artwork" on your toes. You may want to call ahead and make an appointment for weekends, because they tend to get pretty busy. I've also gotten a gel manicure twice, and that seems to be hit or miss in regards to the lasting effects of it, based on the person giving the manicure.They have other services (waxing and whatnot), and I find their prices to be reasonable. Lily's nails is in the same shopping center as the gym I visit regularly and have heard good things about the place, so I came in this last Sunday for a pink & white fill to see for myself if they were any good.I waited a few minutes before I sat down with the owner, Lily. She was friendly, but quiet, which I like cuz sometime's I don't like to talk much during my fill. It's my quiet time and some techs seem offended by that. Lily was pleasant, worked quickly and took direction well. She asked for different things I wanted and never got impatient with me.She shaped my nails very well- they're even and smooth and look uniform. She works at a steady pace and got me out the door in a little less than an hour.Altogether, my pink & white fill with gel polish was $30, which is a little cheaper than most places and since she was so friendly and did a good job, she'll be sure to see me again soon!
