This place was absolutely horrible. It���s dirty and unhygienic, they were very rough when removing the old gel from my nails, and the gel they applied was terrible! Within two days it was hideously discolored! The gel wasn’t even done evenly...I left in a hurry, but when I looked over my nails after my next appointment I realized the gel was lumpy, uneven, and had fluff and hair sealed into it! Was in town and decided to give this place a try.  Big mistake.  First impression was that it was a little dirty but I managed to overlook that.  I got a mani/pedi.  The pedi was actually quite good.  A lot of different options and had a great massage.  Things started to go wrong with my mani.  Another lady started doing my mani while I was finishing my pedi.  Things were going ok until she put on the polish and realized that my nails were quite mishapen which I didn't notice without polish and that there was nail polish all over my cuticles.  I asked just to get the polish removed and I would just do clear but they were very insistent on fixing it.  They refilled my nails which help then pulled out an electric file which I thought they were going to use to smooth out my nails...nope - that was for further removing my cuticles!!!!!  WTF!!!!!! So I told her to please stop.  Eventually I agreed on them fixing the polish which as it turns out was a gigantic waste of time because less than 48 hours in I have sizable chips on 8/10 nails.  STAY AWAY!!!!!!! By far my favorite nail place. They always do a great job and pay attention to details. My gels always last for a really long time because they do it right! Vikki is so great! This place SAVED MY NAILS!!!!I have a nail lady who I usually go to monthly, but she had surgery recently and hasn't been able to do my nails. In desperation to get my nails done ASAP (I'm getting engaged sometime this month and am trying to maintain pretty nails) I went to a new nail salon that I heard was pretty good. BAD IDEA. They completely ruined my acrylic set!!! Then my mom told me how she went to Island Nails and loved it so I decided to give it a try. I just needed a color change since I had gotten my fill a couple days prior and they quoted me $25. I thought it was a bit expensive just to change my gel nail polish but went for it anyways because you only get engaged once! I got there and they took me right away! I chose my color (there is soooooo many options to choose from! They even do the dip powders!) and then the lady did my nails! I HAVE NEVER LOVED MY NAILS ANYMORE THAN THESE! I ended up getting black with silver chrome powder over top! And the whole thing was $30!!! This is by far the best nail job I have had in this area! I'll post some pics so you can see it! Saw they had full sets listed for $20, and figured I'd give it a try. Was pressured into gel nails even though I clearly didn't want them. I asked for yellow, but they didn't have it so I had to settle for a red. Two days in, my nail chipped off. When I gave them a call they offered to fix it for free. Truthfully, I didn't want to return but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anywhere that has the same shade of red..... when I arrived I had to wait over half an hour (even though they said they'd see me right at 6), and not only that, she had me remove my own nail. Once it was my turn, they rushed to get it fixed and were bickering amongst each other. The fixed nail was awful, it had a bump in the center and it was poorly painted..... and sure enough two days later my thumb nail came off, incredibly bummed.... I will not be returning. Read Less

Absolutely the worst nail place I've stepped into. Extremely dirty and rude and rushed. The water in the pedicure bowl had things floating in it. Not surprisingly cus I saw them barely clean it before sitting the next person. Rudely gossiping as well. The lady kept getting up and doing other things mid pedicure and spent probably less than a min massaging each leg and foot. She picked up a dirty pumice she used on the person next to me. Also used a wet dirty towel that dropped on the ground on a client. The decor is hideous it's small and everyone working there has a terrible attitude. I feel like i need another pedicure immediately cus it did nothing and my polish is smeared. The color choices suck as well. Read Less

The Lady named Lynn was very rude. Had me sit in her chair, asked me what I wanted, and I told her. She said she wanted to cut my nails down and I said I didn't want to, so she then proceeded to to talk in Chinese to the other lady's and then looked at me and said I'm going to have to go see someone else because she didn't have time to do my nails. So why do you have me sit down in the first place.... Will not do busy here ever. Read Less
