I've been going to BB nails for about a year. Michelle is great! She is a perfectionist and takes her time no matter how busy they are; she wants you to walk away happy. I've only had one bad expierence with another gal I'm not familiar with. Great overall! The gel polish lasts for several weeks and I haven't had an issue with it once weather on my nails or toes. Will never come back here. I had a gel pedicure done here a month prior and came back here to have it removed and to do a regular pedicure. The nail technician skipped the normal protocol of removing gel polish and literally started ripping off the polish with what looked like a pair of pliers! She ripped off layers of my nails and the corner of my nail. When I started to complain she tried to blame me and say my nail was already broken. The manager clearly ignored my complain even though I got pretty loud. I was going to just walk out but she tried to calm me down by promising to fix it.She "fixed" it by slabbing on a coat of powder to hide the damage that she did. They gave me a $10 discount off the price but also skipped steps in the regular pedicure process so didn't feel like much of a discount.  The next day the corner that she fixed broke off!! It's still in pain a couple weeks later and feels very flimsy and weak. obviously the corner chipped off almost immediately after I left the salon. I didn't go back for a refund because clearly with how it was initially managed, I can't expect much and don't want to waste my time! My first experience coming here was great! Kathy did my pedicure and Michelle did my brows. I absolutely fell in with their work! I decided to come back again and Nikki did my full set manicure. I had a set prior to getting a new one and I asked her to soak them cause I hate when they jus rip themOff! She was super patient and filed them down for a painless experience. It's usually best to call and make an appointment but they do take care of walk ins! I have always been satisfied with my nails! I've been here twice. The first time was lovely, you certainly get a whole lot of pedicure for what they charge. I'm writing this review because yesterday I had the best full set I've ever had! Michelle was my full set, and she did an absolutely flawless job. There is not a single gap at the top or sides, and the polish is perfect! She spent so much time making sure that the cuticles, shaping, and color were properly done... and she consistently checked with me along the way to make sure that iwas happy with what she was doing. This nail salon is very clean and they did a great job on my nails. Pedicure was very relaxing. My only complaint was one of the male workers was very pushy with wanting us to get gel nails. Staff here is friendly and they do a great job. Prices are totally reasonable. They lose a star because they complain about taking credit/debit cards. Every time you pay they will ask you to write a check. Really? Who carries checks anymore? Read Less

Wasn't happy with this place at all. They are way too crowded, rush through the process, and concurrently rush you right out. They also pressure you to get the gel nails but don't tell you how very very bad for your nails it is. Will not go here again. They overcharge ALOT. The absolute best nail salon in Roseville. They are always kind, and more importantly they always do a fantastic job. I have never left disappointed, and I even would drive here from very far away just to go to them. They are all wonderful, but if you can, get Helen or Jenni.
