Excellent in every way. Talented. Courteous, friendly service. Professional all around. Affordable and clean shop. Took my granddaughter today for pedicure and nails done. She loved it. Especially the foot bath with changing colored water. Got my first ped - foot massage. Feels great. Highly recommend it.

Felt very unprofessional. The overall establishment looked dirty and disorganized. Staff was unwelcoming and acted as if I was a walk in despite having made an appt. The water for my pedicure was cold and when they were adjusting it, five minutes after I asked for it to be adjusted , they told me when it was hot enough(it wasn't). I think I can decide when my waters hot enough. The man who did my nails was extremely rough, he made me bleed from filing my nails so crazily. He was constantly on his phone and not looking at what he was doing. The amount of pressure he used when holding my fingers was very uncomfortable & he left tons of dried glue on my fingers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I used to get manicures at a pricier salon in Petaluma. They almost never took walk-In appointments to my frustration. I noticed Nail Poetry on my way home a month ago and decided to give it a try. ...
I used to get manicures at a pricier salon in Petaluma. They almost never took walk-In appointments to my frustration. I noticed Nail Poetry on my way home a month ago and decided to give it a try. Even though it was quite busy, they were able to take me immediately. My gel French manicure lasted a month!!!I went back this evening, again without an appointment and was again served immediately. Paul was very professional and did a beautiful job. All the people there are friendly and the salon is clean and pleasant. I'm happy to have found Nail Poetry.

After going here I will never again go anywhere else...My husbund surprised me with an appointment here...After calling many nail places this was the only place that was helpful to him trying to find ...
After going here I will never again go anywhere else...My husbund surprised me with an appointment here...After calling many nail places this was the only place that was helpful to him trying to find a place that would do a specific design...Everywhere else waa rude to him and wouldnt help him...I loved the work and friendly service overall!!

This is a brand new nail studio! Tina is amazing and her staff is friendly and well trained. They have water,juice,Soda or beer for their clients! They do an AMAZING job on your nails.

Tina the owner is amazing she is skilled, inviting and kind not to mention skilled ;). She does amazing acrylic work and takes sanitation very seriously. By far the cleanest pedicure I've ever had. Although they just moved into their new location and are waiting for their new chairs and equipment to arrive they really do make the best of what they've got. Can't wait for the new chairs tho... great prices great service great people. THANKS TINA!

Felt very unprofessional. The overall establishment looked dirty and disorganized. Staff was unwelcoming and acted as if I was a walk in despite having made an appt. The water for my pedicure was cold and when they were adjusting it, five minutes after I asked for it to be adjusted , they told me when it was hot enough(it wasn't). I think I can decide when my waters hot enough. The man who did my nails was extremely rough, he made me bleed from filing my nails so crazily. He was constantly on his phone and not looking at what he was doing. The amount of pressure he used when holding my fingers was very uncomfortable & he left tons of dried glue on my fingers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Even though it was quite busy, they were able to take me immediately. My gel French manicure lasted a month!!!I went back this evening, again without an appointment and was again served immediately. Although they just moved into their new location and are waiting for their new chairs and equipment to arrive they really do make the best of what they've got. Can't wait for the new chairs tho... great prices great service great people. THANKS TINA!
