The owner is VERY rude, I've been going for years and yesterday was my last visit to that shop. Walked in and the guy who I normally go to told me he had a few appointments, I said ok no problem. He said Jennifer can take care of you. So she asked what you need today and I told her pedi & shellac, her reapon response was "OH MY GOD" then she started talking in her language and they looked at me. So she got the water ready for my pedi and said to me "I HAVE AN APPT AT 12:15 ( ...mind you it was 12:45pm" and she running late so I can start your pedi. I then said NO, I'll wait for Kim who was doing a shellac and told her your not about to bounce me around. So by this time she did 2 pedi and I the guy said something to her and they started exchanging words and she said to me TELL HIM I DIDNT HAVE YOU WAIT, TWLL HIM. He then grabbed his coat and left for the day. She was wrong on how I was treated and it sucks bwcauaet I will never go back again. I'm going to miss Kim and the guy, but Jennifer I won't. Worst experience in 6 years in California. The gentleman was very king, manager seemed understanding and sweet... First they ruined my overlay! I had to come back and have my real nails cut n get a FULL set with tips. When I disagreed with the manager and stated I didn't like her work she refused to paint my nails and didn't do my eyebrows! I offered both days to pay extra but they just kept saying it was too expensive for me. Smh , btw I'm black. I had to go across the street where it took 30 minutes for the tech to fix my nails. And some of the acrylic was so badly done it actually ripped skin. $30 for a fill? I thought I was paying for the cute atmosphere, until I saw their prices...they charged ME more. DO NOT GO THERE ! Really disappointed. My friend brought me here to treat me for my birthday. We made appointments to sit together for pedicures. My friend was half way done before they started on me. Paid extra for a massage but it wasn't good at all. Then asked my friend to go sit elsewhere while they finished me when we were in the middle of a conversation. My wife and mother-in-law often go here and have great experiences. For a man, I found the experience good, but not wonderful. I wear a diamond wedding band, and during my manicure - the lady doing my manicure neglected to mention I should take it off. I spent $35 at the jewelry store getting all the wax from in between the diamonds. That being said, my nails looked great! Read Less

Horrible experiences the two times I've tried this salon a year apart. Older woman in the first chair is very rough and sliced my cuticle bad. Never even apologized as I sat there bleeding! SO not worth the few dollar savings. Never again. Read Less

The nail techs is so friendly and the salon is very clean. I got a mani/pedi it was so relaxing and the massage was incredible, Perry didnt rush through it like I've had other places do before. My gel manicure looks amazing too, it is not lumpy or missing by the nail wall area. I will be going back for sure.Read Less
