I've visited this business many times; obtaining excellent manicures and pedicures. They are always very friendly and take their craft very seriously. It was not the best experience. I walked in on a Saturday at around 3pm and they said they were too busy to take me.  They ended up taking me but the pedicure and manicure was not worth it at all. My feet were not scrubbed at all, my nail polish fell off the next day, and my nails were not filed. In Sacramento for the weekend with my 14 yr old daughter and her friend and wanted to get our nails done. Found T Nails here on Yelp and they were able to accommodate the 3 of us within an hour of my call. Every one was extremely friendly and the space is very clean and well appointed. The girls and I each had different women do our nails (2 manis for them and a pedi for me) and we all had a great experience and our nails were done perfectly. I'm very impressive with the excellent customer service from T Nails staffs. A group of sweet friendly good hearted young ladies welcomed me so warmly. They offered me & other clients free beverages. Ha & Tram gave me an amazing experience of mani/pedi services that I never had it at other salons. They took time to ask me questions before proceeding further any procedure. They made me feel royal and worth all my time to come here. This is such a hidden gem in Rocklin. This was one of the best nail visits I have had, and I've been around. I love this place and my girl, her name is Ha did a fantastic job. I will return as I think I have finally found my nail work home. I truly appreciate Ha's patients as I took my time deciding on my design. Nicely decorated with wood accents and high quality furnishings.  Better yet, everyone is happy and smiling, and their service is excellent. I got a gel mani/basic pedi here for the first time. They did a great job, charge right, and most importantly have a really nice staff! I called in 2 hrs before close and they still had time to fit me in. They offered drinks several times and even went out of the way to make me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend! Read Less

I really really love this place!! I always make an appointment with a great lady named "Ha" and she's does the best gel mani I've ever had! (She's also super talented at nail art too!!) I've seriously tried every single nail salon in all of placer county and this is the place to go!!! Great staff who actually listens to you, they're completely accommodating and the prices and work are consistent and excellent!! Out of all the nail salons I have been to in the 916 area, my experience at Tea Nails was the most impressive and reasonably priced. The service was fast, all employees were friendly and knowledgeable and completely the pedicure thoroughly and in good time!     The ambiance is pleasant, clean, classy, and the warm red color scheme is lovely. My mother and I both had spa pedicures and for $27 a piece, you can't beat the pricing! They offer a wide range of colors and do gel polish as well. Next time I need a mani or pedi I'll definitely stay loyal to this salon!     There is a lot of competition for nail salons in this area and just in general so it's pretty awesome to feel like I've finally found a place I actually feel compelled to come back to specifically! I spent $45 on a full set of pink and white nails + a $5 tip! My nails lifted , cracked, and grew out in less than 2 weeks, it was my first time going there and was told if there was a problem to come back. So I went back and complained, I never once raised my voice at her or was disrespectful towards her.They charged me full price to fix them, made me pay first because they thought I wasn't going to pay,after my nails were done she told me to apply my own oil, the lady next to me didn't pay first or put her own oil on. she was raciest said look at me look at my face I wasn't going to pay and to never come back because I complained about my nails looking so horribe so soon.
