I've had my hands serviced here twice, the first for a gel manicure that lasted me a couple weeks, and most recently a gorgeous full set of powder ombre coffin shaped nails! A real hit with my family at easter. The craftsmanship and work put into my nails is incredible. Each individual nail resembles a tear drop at the base and curves with perfection gently out. This place is very clean.  They wipe their furnitures and sanitize the instruments they use. They also wash their hands each time they take on new costumers.  In addition to that, they really care for their customers and will/would redo the your nails if you dislike the design/ or it got ruined.  They would make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of.  Aside from that, they also have one of the nicest nails designers I've ever seen.  The only downside for me is probably the quality (depends on who's doing your nails) because bubbles up to the side.  Will come back again to see if the service is consistent. I came here two weeks ago with my best friend when I was in town visiting her. She is pregnant and I thought I would treat her to a pedicure. She hadn't been here before - I just found it on yelp. WAIT:We called to see if we needed an appointment and what the current wait was. We were able to get in two appointments 30 minutes later.We arrived early and we just enjoyed hanging out and reading magazines haha. They were able to get us seated to soak before our actual appointment time. It wasn't super busy, but there were only 3 staff at the time. We came during the day on a Wednesday. CUSTOMER SERVICE:Friendly and helpful.QUALTY of PEDICURE:It is two weeks later and my pedicure still looks brand new. They had a lot of options of nail colors too, which is nice, but I usually always stick to my favorite - red. We picked the triple deluxe pedicure option. I don't remember exactly what that all entailed, but it had a foot scrub, massage, hot stones, and a few other items. It was all great. However, the main reason it did not get a extra star from me is that I didn't feel the massage was as long as they advertised it would be. My first visit I would have rated 5, even 6 stars. I believe it was the owner that gave me a gel manicure. It was flawless and lasted over two weeks!!! One of my nails were uneven and she asked me if she could fix it because she wanted them to be perfect. I was extremely pleased with my service. My second visit, performed by a different lady else was not as good, but I still had a average experience. My third, and last visit, I think it was someone's son who gave me my gel manicure... He was very nice and professional, but my nails looked terrible. The gel kept bubbling under the UV light, they tried to fix it but no such luck. It was already lifting and peeling before I left the parking lot. I regret not going back and saying something, but I hope they don't send other customers out that way. Read Less
