Lisa did an amazing job on my nails. Absolutely perfect. Not a single bump on the nail or bit of polish on my skin and she didn't leave a large gap at my cuticles either. They're absolutely perfect. Love The Nail Lounge! They always treat me amazing. I really appreciate how hard the team works for such a high volume location. If you are looking for a less busy time, earlier in the week in the mornings are great. I've been to 3 of the other many nail spots in Bowmanville and once I came to Nail Lounge I never thought twice about going anywhere else. They are so clean and modern and I love the classy twist with refreshments. A crazy amount of colour options! I can't say enough about this place. Great spot. I took my mom for her birthday and had changed our appointment to go in an extra 20 minutes earlyer. When we got there they were unable to take us in because one of their previous appointments came in later. They made us wait about 15 minutes but did not stop apologizing. They treated us well and did a great job. It seemed like they rushed a bit though which I understand since they have so many people booked which made me feel uneasy but other then that great place. I went back for my pedicure today and they were very friendly and did all they could to make me happy after my experience yesterday. I appreciate how you did your best to make me happy. You should post my nails because they are fantastic I have a nail place that I've been going to steady but they were fully booked when I called this morning and I know not many places are open Sundays so I couldn't wait. I was so scared to try this p...lace, not once have I ever been happy anywhere else. When I walked in the door a man was at the counter, it took him at least 2 minutes for him to look up and acknowledge me. That turned me off right away. I got seated and waited for 20 minutes, not to mention when I called I asked him if I could come in at 5pm he said to me, can you come earlier, I told him 4:45 is the earliest I could make it, and that was pushing it because I had something I had to do. So I rushed there for nothing. So right off the hop I wasn't happy. As I was getting my nails done I didn't find the lady friendly at all, she didn't have a friendly touch at all. I found her to be very aggressive when positioning my hands and fingers. However near the end she became more friendly and talkative and her job was fantastic, I've never had this nice of a job done before. There is ONE more thing that I'm not happy with, at the end as she was doing my very last coat of polish she pulled my hand from the shellac dryer, and there was a small black spot on my pinky nail, she told me I hit it on something when I DID NOT AT ALL. So she said it can't be fixed. I told her, umm no, can't you put polish back over it, so she did, it helped a bit but it's still there. It should have been taken off completely, I paid very good money therefore the job should be 100% ... because of that I can't say it was the greatest experience but it was a very good nail art job. Had a nice, first time visit at this salon.  I was paired with Sandra and she did a wonderful job on my nails using this new gel powder in #137.  They look exquisite and I am so pleased.  My daughter had acrylics put on today as well and she's in awe of her new set.  It was her first time.  I can't remember his name, but he treated my 12 yr old with respect and took good care of her. The only place I go for my nails. I've had most of the girls in there do my nails and they have always done a fantastic job, and never question what I want done. The prices are always consistent and competitive compared to low quality salons that charge the same. This is a relaxed chic salon that differs from the typical place that has a cp24 ticker on tv on a cheesy decorated wall.
