Simple full turns into Torture with Sophie’s nails digging into my cuticles and no conversation no smile simply rude had to go back to show the work and the manager said oh they look nice
no they do not look nice product is cheap and correct half ass job I asked for a gift certificate to get a pedicure next time and she said no and even wanted same girl that hurt me to fix it why would I go back to the same that did an awful job. Then Sophie and the manager started going back-and-forth and I just walked out ridiculous
They just look at you like a dollar sign bad customer service
oh and by the way in the use dirty reused tools which I’m going to report to the Better Business Bureau
Not even worth 1 star
This is not bullying it’s called a review for other customers. God bless!

Love it here!! I was apprehensive at first because this was my third salon after 2 months. I am very picky about my nails and they have to be done right. I was told that Nancy knows what she is doing....
Love it here!! I was apprehensive at first because this was my third salon after 2 months. I am very picky about my nails and they have to be done right. I was told that Nancy knows what she is doing. I have to admit, I didn't think she would make me happy at all. Well, I was wrong. She is a cool and professional woman who knows what she is doing. Most of all, she knows how to make my nails look their best!! All of the nail techs here know what they are doing in my opinion. I see their clients come into the salon and they always walk out happy. The techs must be doing an excellent job because this place is always packed!! It gets very busy so trust me when I say an appointment would be best. Nice atmosphere and friendly environment. It's clean with music and televisions to keep you occupied while you're having your nails upgraded to looking fierce!! Thank you Nancy and thank you Top City Nails!! You guys rock!!!!

I went here last night and the atmosphere is amazing. Really chilled back. I was reading some reviews on this place about being forced to pay for other services. I didn't see that happen at all. And it didn't happen to me. I had Sophie and she was really nice. A little quiet but that's okay bcuz I was too aha. If you want a nice and welcoming atmosphere, come here! You want regret it. Also I love the ocean mural around the walls. Very relaxing

I've been going here for years with my mother. The ladies are all wonderful women, very courteous and kind. I do recommend to make an appointment because they are a very popular location. They also have early bird specials that runs from the time they open till 1pm. So worth it and you can pay the difference if you want an upgrade. Joanne is the best and pearl as well. Very soon they're going to move to the room next door and i saw a peek of it and it is so much bigger. I can't wait to see it!

I was told that Nancy knows what she is doing. I have to admit, I didn't think she would make me happy at all. Well, I was wrong. She is a cool and professional woman who knows what she is doing. I went here last night and the atmosphere is amazing. Really chilled back. I was reading some reviews on this place about being forced to pay for other services. I didn't see that happen at all. And it didn't happen to me. I had Sophie and she was really nice. A little quiet but that's okay bcuz I was too aha. If you want a nice and welcoming atmosphere, come here! You want regret it.
