Took my daughter to get a mani pedi, and they sat her in the back on a stool. We made an appointment, but they were very busy and did not make room for her to sit anywhere on the chairs or desks. Walked in after having an awful day looking to treat myself, no wait time at all! Requested a mani/pedi, was told to select a color then directed which chair to sit at. Nancy did my pedicure while Kimberly did my manicure! Both techs were very kind and did an excellent job! Double-checked with me a few times during the process to make sure everything was to my liking which I appreciated!! Paid by card but tips must be in cash, they do have an ATM in the back of the salon. I consider myself to be really picky with my nail jobs, most of the time I end up doing my own nails out of frustration with my typical end results from a salon but this place was worth the money! Got my nails done here there was literally a half inch gap between the fake nail and my nail the lady argued with me for 10 min all she said is we won't do that again I got the attention of someone else who worked there who seemed to know what she was doing she immediately began to clip off all the work the other lady had done and started a redo which was better but I was in the salon for almost 4 hours!!! for a fresh set ridiculous she even charged me full price and expected a tip! I myself will NEVER go back very pricey and not great quality won't waste my TIME or money going here again! Also they burned my nails so bad with the grinder I had to pull away and then the last time she cut my finger with it and it was bleeding at this time I told them NO MORE also within a few days it looked like I needed a fill one week later I took them off myself it was like those old fake press ons that's how they just popped off! This place is convenient for me since it's down the street, I can always get in and out without having to wait so long. All the technicians here are really good at what they do, I see that they sterilize their tools after each client. I tend to have different people who do certain things on me.For waxing, I love Van, Holly or Lora. They are quick and always know what I need to get done without even asking lol. When I want either a pedicure or a gel manicure I can always depends on Hailey or Cindy. Well Hailey for my gel manicure and Cindy for both of Hailey isn't available. Hailey is always consistent with her work, and that girl is hilarious she's easy to talk too and always recommends me things I'll love! And for Cindy she is AMAZING with pedicures, I always walk out happy with my toes or hands. Cindy does a beautiful job. I love this place and always recommend my friends to come here. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Came in as a walk in to get a full set, and a gel pedi. The lady that did my toes Ann I believe was her name, kept hurting me I would flinch and say ow that hurts and she just said ok ok sorry. And to expect the least I got an infection in my left big toe. It's all red and irritated and now has some pus coming out of the side. I'm completely upset and In so much pain. The girl that did my nails, kimmy did such a bad job shaping my nails and are so un even it's ridiculous. After she painted them with the gel I couldn't walk out with what I had on. Her "sister" came in  and re did the gel part and kimmy herself re shaped them to something more acceptable. I'm so disappointed with this place I'm never coming back. I spent 2 hrs here for a crappy job, and paid way over what I should have 72 dollars and that's Bc the girl at the front counter gave me 2 dollars off. She wouldn't understand that I was clearly upset with the job they had done and they only cared about the price that would be taken off of kimmy check. I don't know what the secret to this place is, but they have a way of making me feel so special! I come in every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on my schedule. I usually get a gel manicure and gel pedicure, which most places would take over 2 hrs to finish, my girls here (Ivy, Hailey, Cindy, Tiffany) usually get me in and out in about 1 to 1.5 hrs, which I SUPER appreciate!I'm pretty picky lol, but they never give me a hard time about it. The girls are so sweet and really take pride in their work. If I'm in a time crunch, I'll let them know ahead of time and they'll try to work with my schedule. GEL: So damn good! They never chip or peel off...even after a whole month on vacation, they didn't chip or peel at all! I love love this nail salon from their waxes to their pedicures and manicures! The owner is awesome always making sure everyone is flowing and happy. I love this place- the only place I trust with my nails. I have sensitive skin and am allergic to acrylic so I definitely appreciate the cleanliness. I recommend always making an appointment! This place is very hit or miss. I come here only when I need my nails done quick & do not have time to go to my Professional salon in Ontario. My friend & I walked in to get a gel manicure for myself and pedicure and manicure for myself. It took about an hour and a half to get my friend seated in a chair.  The energy from the manicurists is always very negative which is the main reason for the 2 star review. The manicurists who did my nails I commented on having a steady flow of customers that day to which he replied, " I hate it". For those who come here to enjoy & relax, dont. Don't go here. Save your money. They are busy and rude. They do a terrible terrible job. I got a acrylic fill with gel overlay... each nail is a different shape and one even looks wavy. The guy put 3 coats of gel and so my nails are super super thick and don't look nice at all. Originally I wanted an acrylic fill with just a clear gel coat over but the guy didn't file off the old color (wine red) well enough so the red spots could be seen under the clear gel. The only reason I won't go back and have them fixed is because I don't have time to waste. I am having deep deep regret after going here and spending my hard earned money... on crap nails. I was excited to write this review because I came here for the first time yesterday and it was such a great experience!Ben did my nails, and he did them so nicely. I was only there to accompany my friend, then I convinced myself I deserved a new full set of nails (lol).So they called my name and took me to Ben and I told him I wanted regular white(?)/French tip nails because it was one of the cheaper options. He recommended another type of nails and assured me it would only be $5 more and I agreed; they turned out so beautiful, I am so happy!I'm more happy about my visit here because of Ben, he was so kind and hilariousssss. After 5 days one nail has already lifted off completely and 3 have chipped from lifting. Horrible customer service. When my mom and I went to the front counter to pay, Tracey handed my mom $20 in $1 bills. My mom politely asked if she had any tens or twenties to which the girl at the counter (Tracy??) replied, "If I did I would have given them to you." I love this nail salon, I remain faithful to it. I highly recommend Ben, he will do what you ask and takes his time. He is never rushed and always makes sure you are getting what you asked for. This place really depends on a individual basis. My fav is Winnie but you definitely need an appointment to get her. She's affective and professional. The others I've experienced I give a two or three. The last experience was with the manager. She jumped in to do my fill since they were busy, but I would have wish she didn't. Not that she did a bad job but she kept walking away and or directing everything while doing my nails. So annoying. This is the worst nail salon ever! The nail polish on my toes were so bad I went home and redid them.. waste of time and money! I really loved this place especially since I think they do a good job. I went in for a fill and the guy I had did a really good job but charged me $30 when its initially 27. I didn't know that but the girl at the register told me it was $30. I thought for a gel fill it should be at most $20 but the sign did say $27 after looking behind me. I called just to make sure and it was $27. So he overcharged me. It's just the fact of principle that They didn't honor the price written. Not only that I tipped my nail guy. Im disappointed. The other day I took my husband to have a pedicure and calls removed he paid extra for the works , the older lady Susan they gave him was so rough and rude she hurt my husband at least 5x it was rediculous she did not even spend time on the calls she just ran through it and gave him a 20sec massage, he can nearly walk from the swollen toe she causes him!!!Definitely never coming back !! I took my daughter to get a full set of acrylics done. The entire staff behaved like they were operating against a timer. The girl was extremely rushed and did a terrible job. The first time I went here I LOVED my nails. I don't know the name of the man who did them - but he's the only one that does a good job there. But you can never see him because he's always booked. The other few times I went I was severely disappointed - but I'm naive and went back a few times hoping for better nail techs. My gel full sets and pedicures were always rushed and not done well. My nails would crack a few days after getting them done, and they never properly fixed them if they were broken. All they would do it cover it with more acrylic. My last time getting a gel full set here - I ended up at another nail salon the next day getting them removed because they were so bad. I have finally given up and don't recommend this place to anyone. They don't provide quality service - they just seem to be worried about filling up there chairs and making money off of us. Sort of friendly depending on who you get. Look good most of the time but the product is crap. My nails were always snapping. In the middle of my nail bed! They just glued it shut and went on.
