Extremely disappointed in my experience here today, I went in today for a full set and a pedicure. I got the usual lady who does my pedicure she's very friendly and did a great job. However, Linda, who was doing my full set was disappointing. I showed her a picture of my the nails i wanted, a simple color with glitter at the base. She insisted it was ombré when I've gotten it done before and it's just a base color with glitter. She was trying to overcharge me, so i said i would just get a regular polish, glitter set. She rushed through the entire set, my nails came out clunky, and disproportionate and left glue all over my hands making my skin stuck to my nails. Two days til my birthday and i have to sit here trying to get this glue off of my hands and file down my OWN nails so they look decent. Not a happy customer. Read Less

I come here to get my nails done regularly and they do a fabulous job. I love Jennifer's work. She does them exactly how you ask her to and does an amazing job. They’re average. You have to be picky about who and how they do your nails. If you don’t, they try to rush doing the job and end up with SLOPPY nails (not kidding). Especially one of the older guys, he tries to rush and ended up leaving me with crooked nails and the gel was all over my skin (lasting only a few days due to peeling). There was also a bunch of powder on my cuticles making them look dry instead of fresh looking. They can do a great job, but make sure you observe and like how it’s going DURING. Don’t wait till last minute, otherwise they’ll get irritated. I say this because they can be pricey and if I’m paying almost $100 for nails, I expect a really good job. I used to love this Place and their prices went up and I came in for my 30th bday and prior to my gender reveal so it was a special day. I traveled four hours to come down here and get them done here! I got gel nails and gel toes. After asking the lady who did my toes to fix my nails since he guy did a terrible job she said "oh my gosh next time I do them he did a bad job" ummm What?! I haven't had my nails on even a week and they all peeled off. It's been five days! They are supposed to last for at least two weeks! They were really expensive too! Recently went here with my mom to help celebrate a big birthday. I loved this salon. This was the best pedicure I have ever experienced. The staff here are very polite and talented! I went to this place because it was convenient since it's inside the mall...But I was not too impressed. The color selection for non-gel colors was weak and the colors that they do have a cheap. I got a fill and a pedicure they were quick to get me a seat so that was good but the service was not.  The lady that did my pedicure was rude and not interested in what I wanted and went off and did her own thing. Just got a simple mani and pedi. Holly was super sweet. I mentioned to her that I'm diabetic & to not take too much skin off because I can get an infection. She was so gentle, even doing my callus remover. Diana did my mani & she was gentle as well. Holly ended up painting both my feet & hands. I wouldn't mind coming back. Read Less

I tried this salon on 3 different occasions despite the less than ideal reviews.  After each time I went I got a horrible infection on my toes so bad that they had puss coming out!  Gross I know!  I am not sure if the girls are un-properly trained on how to cut toenails or they are not properly sterilizing their instruments.  Super disappointing since this salon is so close to my house.  Bummer. This nail salon doesn't even deserve one star, I asked for a regular manicure that was suppose to be 18$ and a design for 6$ a gel manicure for 28 with design for 6$ should of been 58 total when it was time for me to pay they charged me 78 dollars, they guy that did my nails said his name was David he didn't cut my cuticules first of all and place the gel too far away from my cuticle line he was rushing thru the whole thing and mid way he was standing up doing my nails, I asked for burgundy with a design and gold rhinestones when he originally put the rhinestones they looked really cheap and made my nails look cheap so I had him take then off and just go with the design he seemed bothered by my request my end result was a half a** job, my nails weren't burgundy they were a cheap hooker red with glitter as a design they expected 78 dollars!!!! For this, worst experience ever, I usto be a regular about 4 years back then I moved to Hollywood and its more expensive to do your nails out there but even there the most I've payed has been no more than 58$ with everything I want I recently came back to riverside, its so sad to see how much this place has change, I'm very disappointed denifelty stay away from this place they over charge and do a terrible job Read Less

Regret going to this place! I moved here and decided to try this place out and realized I should of drove an hour to my usual nail salon. My nails got messed up within 30 minutes of walking out, very poor quality nail polish. Read Less

Everyone here is so nice. They always ask your first name and address you as that. Very friendly. Massages are excellent and they are long unlike most places that want you in and out. You get a sense they care about you here and definitely want you to return. 5 stars all day. Read Less

Worst $45 manicure and pedicure I've ever had. Got gel and they all peeled within a week. The manicure itself lasted about 5 minutes and pedicure about 8 minutes. They ask if you want to add devices while they are doing your mani/pedi and if you refuse they looked confused. Never going back. Read Less

Ask for Julia! Best gel nail job I've ever had.The only reason I'm not giving Red Persimmon a 5-star rating is that if you like a posh atmosphere with tons of massage, this isn't it. I was visiting in-laws and needed my polish changed out. Over two weeks in, and these gel nails look like I had them done yesterday. At the base of my nail they're not coming up at all or snagging on anything. Julia was very particular about every aspect of doing the nails. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure done here last week because my mom works close by and says a few ladies are her customers and tell her too go in for a mani/pedi all the time but I went too test it out for her.... I will never go there ever again!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars.My toe nails are cut crooked and so are my finger nails ( I didn't say anything at the moment cause I lay back and close my eyes it's my only time too relax ), it's only been 2 days and all my gel polish is peeling off!!! I'm so upset I can't believe this. And also, I usually don't mind spending the money on my nails because my nails are something I care about due too my work field but how much I spent that day and seeing how bad it all turned out.... wow. This place was horrible I came for my first time to have my acrylics removed and the nail tech ripped my nails up. Being that this is their profession you think she would have known how to remove them carefully. After she finished removing I told the tech I won't get a manicure after all I just want to let them air dry she still put oil and lotion on me and charged me $20! For what?! I should have only been charged the $8 to remove and they place still charged me $13 for BS service. I will never return to this place again nor recommend them. Read Less

Yesterday I went to go get my nails done but realized I didn't have enough time for the gel manicure and the time that it will take to get one before a birthday baseball game I needed to go to. So I pay the five dollars for her to get the old gel off of my nails and I said I would be back the next day. Usually I pay 27 so 27 minus the 5 I paid I was looking to only pay 22. As I sat down and I got there they upped my price to $32 not including the five I had already paid yesterday. Never coming back. Read Less
