They were rough with my aunt who is 60 years old. I went in to have her get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My aunt doesn't speak English but they would pull her hand to have her relax and I did not like that at all. I know there is a language barrier but still there is no need to pull someone like that to make them do what you want to do to make your job easier as a manicurist. You could tell with the more frustration she would get more mad and be more rough and I sat in front of my aunt and would translate but still it is a service you are providing and I'm pretty sure they have been there with the language barrier. As a nurse I come in contact with that all the time but there are ways around it and still provide excellent service in a nice manner. STAY AWAY FROM HERE !! The nails themselves looked nice but idk how long they will last, it is a bit pricey for what you are paying and they suggest add one that I don't think are necessary. None of them smile, it will just be a fake smile when you pay, they rush and get impatient with customers, no conversation with others that I saw there.

Poor service. I’ve been there couple times the first time I got a pedicure the girl was rushed and the girl next to her who was working on someone else feet kept looking over at me like and had this look what’s taking so long because there were people waiting. but this last time was last is the last time I go there. They had me wait in waiting area for 20 min then wait in in the pedicure chair for 25 more min and no one came to tell me anything. I know they’re busy that’s fine but speak to your customers. I know they don’t tell people that they wait is long because they don’t want to lose business but they surely lost one for good!

They literally never fail me here! I’m always so thrilled every time I leave this salon. Their hard gel is amazing! I got my nails done before I had my baby & I didn’t come back for 5 weeks, the hard gel never chipped or broke off and the actual gel polish never chipped either

I drive over 45 miles twice a month just to come here. I absolutely love Kacie and how amazing my nails look everytime! I have been coming since the first month of their grand opening!!!!. and the receptionist is the sweetest!!!! I recommend this salon to everyone i know!

It was my first time coming to Posh Nails & Spa. I immediately felt a warm welcoming once I walked in. It’s the biggest nail salon I have been in and it’s a very relaxing, happy vibe inside.
Kacie did my nails and she was very pleasant. She suggested that we do “hard gel nails” and I absolutely love them.
Henry was also very friendly and made conversation with the customers while they waited a short time to be serviced.
The place is clean and beautiful.
I LOVE my nails and will be back for my fill.

My first time here. The salon was clean, nicely decorated and the music was soothing. My tech was kind & sweet. She did an ok job on my acrylic fill. I was offered a complimentary beverage, I declined but the gesture was appreciated. My nails turned out alright. I like the color gel #006 it's a soft pink with a teeny bit of sparkle.The polish went on a little splotchy and inconsistent And the only way to fix it was to add 3 coats. That's ok for the first few days however we'll see how they look once I have some growth on my nails. I will come back but mainly due to the fact that I come with one of my girl friends & this is her spot.

I went in for two services. One was for an express facial. This I highly recommend. It was very relaxing and worth the price. For that service alone, I would have given this place 5 stars. But then I got my nails done. The lady doing my nails was obviously in a bad mood. I was genuinely uncomfortable and was eager to leave. My nails came out Ok but to sit down at a place where I felt so uncomfortable, I would have rather gone to Walgreens and done my nails myself.

11/19/17 Just spent two hours here, and out of the 6 times I've taken my girlfriend to get her nails done this was perhaps the best experience I've seen her receive. I even got a pedicure myself. What made it more enjoyable was they gave us a complimentary drink like soda/coffee/water and if your over 21 an alcoholic drink, so we got a margarita on the rocks. Staff were all friendly, services were not rushed, and overall my girlfriend was satisfied. Very good place to go and relax.
12/10/17: update this place still rocks my Girlfriend loves her new set of nails perfect for the holidays.

Very rude unprofessional staff! Don't be fooled this place is nice that's about the only thing it has to offer it is really nice inside. There is no AC, only fans so people were all sweaty, front desk girl looks beyond miserable well most of the staff there did ((I should've left)) Ended up getting a pedicure and a manicure $35 don't like it I'm not happy! Nail polish is lumpy & on my skin the nail tech was cheap with the clear coats. Small variety of nail polishes and brands. Be very nice to PAYING CUSTOMERS POSH !!!!!!!!

After leaving another nail salon where I had an appointment, I called this one to make an appointment. I asked over the phone if they have liners in their pedicure bowls and disinfected utensils. The lady on the phone was sweet, knowledgeable and spoke English. I drove the salon and was pleased by the clean salon. There was ample space for the number of stations. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure- both technicians were exceptionally nice. While the massages left much to be desired, the pedicure was awesome. The gel manicure was just ok (she got the gel on my skin which hurts my sensitive skin). I was not very impressed by their selection of gel brands. I prefer OPI and Shellac. They had DND which they claimed was better. It did last very well however it peeled due to the polish being on my skin. I felt the prices were a bit high and paid extra for a callous remover service which did not leave my feet softer but much more rough! The upside was cleanliness and a free Mimosa! I would definitely give it another chance.

They gave us a long stem rose and asked us if we wanted anything to drink lil did we know they serve complementary margaritas or wine!!! Grams was in heaven.... Everything was nice except the owner was kinda rude while doing my nails I would ask her questions to start conversation and I feel like she was trying to blow me off !! Hummm Other then that it was cool and expensive lol this new gel stuff instead of powder kinda cool never had it but my nails r pretty

Just moved back to CA - las t week was the 1st time I was at Posh & got a pedicure from Tia. It was the BEST pedi I have had ... I have tested a bunch in CA & even in NV .. hands down the best. Came back 5 days later & got a gel mani .. AGAIN amazing. I am more particular about my feet then my hands, that is why I came back!! I will be a repeat customer!!

First time that I came here, my friend was the one who suggested it & also suggested the nail dip gel. Kacey was the one who took care of me. She offered me a drink & she was super nice. All the staff here are very friendly as well. Kacey did a great job with my nails & I came back for more work done!
